This at home workout has wrecked my legs more than any leg workout in the gym has ever done. lol. This is a great way to burn fat without cardio equipment found only in gyms. It is also a very good leg workout! Let me know how it goes!

shouldnt the sprint be based on time not distance. I dont know how fast you are but I imagine you did the sprint in less than 15 seconds.
