      Eva here- I was majorly prolapsing after the birth of my 4th. I got referred to someone who was able to put pressure on different parts of my tummy and hold pressure from 30 minutes up to an hour in order to get my organs back where they needed to go. They increased their mobility and motility. It was CRAZY how much that helped. And then next we started doing deep subtle movements and Pilates to get everything back firing slowly. 🙏 so thankful! A lot better after 4 months of pt and totally fine since ! I Swim, run surf etc
