    Can these be done lying down? I am paraplegic, T4. Been injured for 9 years. I have the trifecta in prolapses. It’s nearly impossible to sit up straight in my wheelchair.

    Hi,just to ask about pessarie is it safe to have it for 6 months.i have rectocel and infortunately kegel exercices are not enough .I am struggling every single day ,my physiotherapist said its time for pessaries. Thank you for your positivity. 😊

    I gave birth to my 3rd child (vbac)on January 2024 after to previous c-section and I hard prolapse but my dr kept on saying I did not have one after I told him all the signs and symptom I had like the heaviness and the thing that was coming out from my virgina specifically after long day of work 😢he couldn’t check and just say you have nothing, thangs God am finally diagnosed by another dr ❤and she suggested to go to a pelvic floor therapist 🎉 Thanks to your videos they are so helpful full and am looking forward to heal through your videos ❤❤❤

    This might be a little dumb but, can this heal my mrkh? It’s basically where a biological female is born without a uterus, cervix and 2/3 of the vaginal canal. I can’t help but feel hopeless :(
