    I think what matters is the FLUCTUATION of the hormones. So the worsening of symptoms around the middle of the cycle might be because of a sudden drop of estrogen, which then stops dropping as fast and the body catches up to dealing with the symptoms. Another drop (or just lowest point) is right before the period, where most women experience their symptoms, usually more so, because it's both a sudden drop + low level.

    Dear Filippa
    I just came across a few more healing techniques, I don’t know if it would help anyone but still sharing as it is doing me good. I am using ice on the prolapse, this is also relaxing the area and taking things upwards. I have also started using senecio comp suppository from wala ( all natural) to build tissue in the pelvic area. In addition I am also drinking a tea with nettle and dandelion leaves as it starts contracting the uterus ( not recommended for pregnant ladies). I hope it helps further in your research.

Incontinence may be due to, adehsions, scar tissue, overtension, trauma or many other things.       For me personally quantum healing such as earthing, red light, circadian rythm etc has been more effective 🌺
