    To practice this you need:
    1. A quite space
    2. A (yoga) mat
    3. A towel
    4. A big hard cover book
Here is a link to a guided belly position instruction video guided by Deanna and her partner Quinn.

My first pregnancy I wasn't working, it was a boy, I felt vital. I exercised through the entire pregnanacy and the birth and healing were easy. With my daughter I had to work in a warehouse until the very end. I was lifting too much. The entire pregnancy felt like one long PMS. My daughter was 2lbs bigger even though my diet was just as good. Birth was still easy but she came down my birth canal with her elbow extended. She didn't get stuck or anything, she just popped her arm out immediately after her head. The lifting pregnant, being small and carrying a large baby, and that elbow made healing harder. I had diastatis recti this time and sex really hurt, I could feel new scars. This has really really helped. I'm a year out and even though I've fixed most of the postural stuff, the scar tissue has really been a problem. So grateful this was here

Thank you so very much, I’ve had irritable bowel since I was 5 years old, starting school, although those days in the middle 50s it was not heard of. Suffering childhood trauma from the womb, then birth incubated, and had every naughty thing done to me bar murder.
I’ve spent my life since 37 years old self healing and now 77 years old and still have the bowel problem, so I’m going to add this practice to my yoga session. ❤
As a yoga instructor of 36 years, now retired because people like the younger teachers, however i practice early mornings love that time, so quiet.
Ive enjoyed this video, and will be using it daily, and taking a look at others. Hoping now I can be free and dig up the repressed traumas. 🙏🥰

Since i put on about 5stone of weight, mostly on torso, so I'm around 100kilos now, partly from menopausal & thyroid issues, lying on my front is soo uncomfortable/painful. But i have a prolapse that i really gotta do something to repair, & was told i had a uterine fibroid years ago so i guess doing this could help that too, if it's still there - it was discovered as i had constant random abdominal pain ongoing for years after an abortion in a traumatic situation (i felt i had no choice, im so sorry, it's one of my biggest regrets, & not had any other children) .. so there's a lot of emotion stored in our bodies, can be hard to do these sort of exercises by oneself.. love to us all, & hugs from UK ❤

@jjooeegg1 Thank you for responding 🤗 & your kind helpful words & reminder about Doc of Detox.. a few years ago I had such a strong almost desperation to go to his clinic in Mexico he was starting, but due to logistics (& cost) & lack of energy I'm still here, in damp UK with Lyme & mycotixins blahblah.. thankU again, you have also reminded me that I actually bought access to some of his healing courses which I didn't have energy or brain function to properly use then, but have had some remote energy healing etc & other efforts have made some improvement so maybe now I can take it in & apply it better. Currently doing Teal Swan's 7 day Self-Love "challenge" (free) ~ bit by bit getting clearer & stronger 💫

Inappropriate stretching. I was recently banned from my hospital-aligned (Medical City) gym therapy pool for doing medically-necessary, doctor, and Physical Therapist-prescribed, lymphatic drainage of my pelvis and lower left extremity, plus my ribs. I'd done these, other very specific lymph drainage techniques for 2.5 years at this pool, but one lifeguard was "uncomfortable" with them, and I was informed that i could no longer use the pool because one person deemed my medical therapy as "inappropriate stretching".
If i stretched like this in their yoga studios, i reckon they'd have me arrested for some sort of lewd act.
My perineum had actually fused back in 2018 and was of course destroying everything involved with pelvic movement, which is all things involving ambulation. I onow this video is geared towards females, but men have their own blocked-pelvis biology and the energetic properties specific to men in that region. Totally unaddressed by the medical industry, rarely addressed otherwise. No oun intended, a very sensitive subject. Attending to my perineum was quite literally at the base of my total spine issues, which eventually included slinal myelitis and a tumor at the bsse of spine.(i had a bone marrow tumor going simultaneously in my left femur) massive pain, had a biological explanation, but a massive spiritual-root. No magic one-step fix-all. Total Being Biomechanical Sublime Overhaul necessary when the marrow just starts oozing out of the bones.
