    Thank you both Deanna and Quinn!
    I used to call the line pulling the head up the sky hook.
    I use it just about every time I walk and the effect it has is wonderful. It takes the weight off my legs, they walk as if by themselves with no effort.
    It's great to see this mentioned.
    You're doing wonderful work ❤
    If I may give a little feedback , the black clothes kind of swallow the contours of the shoulder blades ( no shadows ) , otherwise beautiful work!

    I was hoping to see how you use the blocks for the shoulder, particularly upp trap tension.
    However, i do notice the belly blocking helps for the shoulder. Is that the best place to start?

    • @Fluidisometrics

      Hi Teresa! Yes, you always want to start in the belly position.

    loving your videos. But I have a Q. Who says that is correct anatomic alignment? What is the proof of that? THanks,

      Hi there. It is described in many anatomy books. Here is a short video that explains:

    This is incredible!! I am 33 and I box every single day. I keep pinching my neck due to an unknown shoulder injury/clicking, knots in my trap etc! My posture is horrible, I have an interior pelvic tilt and I feel like I’m constantly correcting my posture but I didn’t even know where I should be correcting it to! I have x rays on Tuesday to locate the issue internally in my shoulder. You two have significantly reduced my knee cellulite due to hyper extending my stance so I thought to check for some help in this area and boom! Thank you so much!!!!!

    I know turning the arms out like that opens the lungs even if we sit cross legged with our palms down and then turn palms to ceiling.

    So I have severe scoliosis...I've lost a lot of muscle mass this past few years & scoliosis is progressing rapidly. How much releasing fascia do I need to do before I start some light weight training?

    My right shoulderblade is extreemly winged out 😢

    • @Fluidisometrics
      @Fluidisometrics  Před 11 měsíci

      This is likely stemming from the torquing of the core and ribcage, pushing one shoulderblade out. Using Block Therapy to realign the postural foundation of the legs and feet will help to bring balance to the body's alignment. The Starter Program will put you on the right track to do this!

    Useful commentary but visuals are ineffective. Can't tell what is going on because of Diana's black shirt.

      Sorry for you that you can not see what is quite obvious. Only one tiny moment it was confusing (backposition shoulder), rest was superclear, wasn’t it🥰

      I agree that the black hid the details especially when pulling the shoulders together.

  • @lordorielrising4673
    @lordorielrising4673 Před 5 měsíci +3

    Black is the worst color to use when doing a posture demonstration. We really can’t see the details. I’d suggest the person doing the poses use a different color.
