Love that you share your personal story, it helps others who can relate from having some of the same experiences. I have struggled with anxiety, depression and pain trapped in my body. I have never struggled with weight until I was married to a highly toxic abusive man. Then when I was able to get away from him my weight immediately went back to normal as I was able to take my life back. Now I’m much older and after a move and lifestyle change I’m beginning to have issues with my weight and entire body pain again. Thank you for the help.
I just learned about facia and I am 80. I am excited to learn more block therapy. Problem is it is summer and I have over an acre of food gardens I plant, harvest and preserve. Therefore I am unable to do 21days of learning right now. I do not have access to a DVD player any longer. I would like to begin some work right now and enter classes inOctober. Any suggestions?
