  • In this video, we are responding to a question that came up from a recent podcast. The question referenced rapid weight loss and pain reduction from adopting the Keto diet, and shared that although much improved in size and pain, is now dealing with more wrinkles in the face, as well as abdominal fat that is stuck and not moving. It was asked if we could speak to what has happened, as well as steps to take to resolve this.

    My first time listening to any of your content and it’s really bringing light to my situation, particularly around flow and blockages. I am currently having myofascial release therapy due to debilitating pain and significant fascial adhesions following hip surgery, and I am having profound reactions to it. I feel my body opening up and creating connections I have never felt before. The emotions evoked are unimaginable and can sometimes be very unpleasant, but the feeling after is so freeing. My posture has also dramatically improved and I feel almost taller because of it! Will definitely be tuning into some more of your content and look forward to learning more on my personal healing journey

    When water freezes, it expands. It does not shrink.

      Yes, it’s why pipes get lagged. It keeps them from freezing, expanding and breaking the pipes.

    Another great podcast. I tried different diets to see if it would help my inflammation and mitochondria. I tried Keto for mitochondria. Didn't want to lose weight but lost loads, so stopped. I tried leaving out Gluten. Found it very restrictive and lost loads of weight, so stopped that. I also need carbs. Doing all this really wasn't going to make a long term difference. My mum was a shallow breather.Ivhave been a shallow chest breather all my life until I started block therapy. I still feel cold even breathing diaphragmatically. I have a long way to go but I've taken those first steps...

    I really hope you will get to share the pictures of the gal who made significant changes by just blocking her feet. Most of the people I talk to about block therapy tune out immediately. If I had proof that something so simple can be done around their stationary lifestyles yet can make a huge impact, I believe, I would be able to reach more people.

    From what I've seen from others who have been on Keto for some time is that these initial issues generally sort themselves out over time, being different time for different people, many factors to take into account

    It at all possible can you please continue to inform and update the information regarding the neck, thyroid, both hyper and hypo, your response was left unanswered as additional questions were asked by your nephew, and I know what you were above to share regarding the thyroid and its impacts to the body, would be very high value.

    I have a family member with big fibre neuropathy. Can block therapy help with this condition?

    • @Fluidisometrics
      @Fluidisometrics  Před měsícem

      It can help. We are opening up blood, oxygen and nerve flow to areas of the body previously blocked. This means the body will have more of what it needs to start healing.

    I don’t identify with any of those body types. How can I figure out more about my body type? I have an hourglass shape, but after going keto it’s less pronounced because I lost weight everywhere but my belly. I still don’t look pear shaped or burly or lanky though. What body type would I be?

    Ice has bigger volume thanwater. And the whole body cella are new in 7 years!

    • @Fluidisometrics
      @Fluidisometrics  Před 2 měsíci

      Thank you for listening. Deanna knows ice takes up more volume, however, ice can shrink due to sublimation (the act of a solid converting to gas without becoming liquid). Ice cubes left in your freezer for a prolonger period shrink.
