    Here is a new series I am starting showcasing my current favorite exercises in each muscle group. I will be uploading these at least once a week! Today's exercise is called IYT's. You can use resistance cables or dumbbell. You are combing forward lateral raises and side lateral raises all in one set. Spell out IYT with your arms. These are great because you hit the deltoid from several angles, and you are putting your shoulders under constant tension. It is also a way to make your training session quicker because you are super setting a few different movements. ENJOY, and let me know if you try them!
