I bring up Wes Unseld because he was a 6’7” center who battled Wilt, Kareem, Reed. Wes Unseld didn’t put up great stats but the reason he won MVP is because back then writers “actually watched the games” and saw his impact, leadership, dirty work etc...... I bring that up because Draymond stats were not good this season and his actual production from perspective from the eye test he didn’t play that well.

He did change the game of basketball Max talked about it. When Draymond came into the league nobody really understood how to utilize him and what position to play him at. He was called a tweener, which is essentially an undersized big man. The way he has been utilized with his skill set, he has now opened the doors for players with his similar set of skills to have a chance to be drafted, developed and utilized in the game. THAT is what he means, he is't talking about some super major change, just he opened doors for players like him to have a place in the league.
