Perk would never have doubted Team USA if Lebron was on it. But because this was KD's team Big Perk couldn't help himself and took a few too many shots at the team LOL, and it backfired. 1. Kendrick Perkins is playing a role on ESPN- he is the one who was supposed to be dogging the favorite- in the NBA Finals- it was Giannis and in the Olympics it’s Team USA. I have no doubt that KP never believed that a single team was better than team USA. He is just collecting checks.
2. To channel Chris Rock- “you don’t need credit for doing what you are SUPPOSED TO DO!!! Winning gold with ten all-stars on your team is not an “accomplishment” when no other team features more than one NBA all-star on their squad. You’ve swept the gold medal every year but one since 1992!!
