Smart move man! I had a few break on my wrx, and actually replaced one on my type r yesterday. Also picked up a quick jack when Costco had it for 999$, definitely worth the money!

you should try putting on a microfiber towel around the calipers prior to removing the tire.. that'll save you a chip or two and a cringe.

How did you get your wheel stud in there?? I have the exact same one as yours and it didnt go in. Everything is stock like yours and it would not shove in. Weird

lol destroyed my fender liner on my 2011 yesterday, used a drill and zip ties for a quick fix

Shoot! That is why I have a big chip on my front brake caliper. I hate mechanics don't care about customers' car. Especially when they are touching interior with greasy hands.

Do you know what is the OEM wheel studs material? steel or aluminum? If I use open end lug nuts for OEM studs it can be rust or corrosion? please advice.

Never thought I'd have to buy these due to stripping my factory studs...
So i've been thinking of doing this on my WRX. Did you put the spacer back on? If so, did you remove the studs from the spacer and just run the ARP studs straight through them? I know for my wheels, the stock studs come very close to hitting the back of the wheels through the spacer, so extended studs wouldn't work. Just not sure what the best option is.
What size are your spacers? And how’s the fitment? I’ve been debating getting spacers for my 20 sti

I have the nt03s on my sti, do you get wheel wobble in the front from not running a hub centric ring? I’ve rotated wheels and still feel it in the steering wheel, unless I switch to stock wheels

Are you running the spacers on the extended studs? It’s about time for me to replaces the studs on mine since they’ve been stripped due to running non-studded spacers for awhile.
If the extended studs are not too long, you can. As long as the studs don't hit the wheel mount.
