I think this makes excellent sense for those of us who have a very small shop and don't have a band saw. I realize it doesn't solve all the band saw issues, but things like you're doing is a great idea.

One thing most people don't know about is that the Japanese script on the side of the box are actually directions on how to stop digital arterial bleeding. The blank 'Note' lines are there to write down the address and directions to the nearest emergency room. Again, just kidding and having some fun. Lol
The issue ive always had with these jigs is that handheld power tools have a much lower "duty cycle" than a stationary tool that are designed for continuous (or near continuous) cutting. Its very easy to burn out motor brushes and bearings if your not very careful not to use this method to much. Hard on the tool under best circumstances imo.

Yeah, this will never take the place of a good bandsaw, but it fits my needs!

Tried that but the pieces I tried to cut were too small and it scared the crap out of me 😂 Went straight to HF got a 89.00 scroll saw.

Definitely not for hours of cutting, but for the length of time this is used for it’s fine
