It works GREAT for making perfect cuts in wood with the jigsaw. The idea of putting bearings to keep the blade vertical is the trick that makes it work so well. This ingenious woodworking idea and some other woodworking tips and tricks that you can watch on my channel allow me to use the jigsaw to make projects with wood that for me were previously unthinkable. Hallo, gute Idee. Aber…… viele Stichsägen, Handkreissägen haben eine Grundplatte die nicht ganz genau parallel sind das heißt wenn die beiden Schienen relativ lang sin, man als Mass eine solche Stich-Handkreissäge nimmt hat man am Ende unterschiedliche Abstände am Ende der . Somit klemmt es an einer Seite, oder an der anderen Seite hat man etwa etwas Spiel Soda die Maschine nicht präzise gerade sägt. Da Hof es auch nicht zwischen den Massen zu vermitteln, das Spiel bleibt. Da hilft es nur wenn man eine präzise kleine Platte unter die Maschine schraubt,. Sowie in diesem Video gezeigt wird. Gute Arbeit 👍

By the time you buy the plexiglass, glue, bearings and hardware to create this guide you you’ve spent more than you could buy a speed square and use a circular saw to make the same cut and faster. 😮

Mucha gracias. Sí, hace un corte muy limpio y preciso, mucho mejor que cuando utilizo la sierra de calar sin ninguna guía. Ya tengo en mi canal una modificación con el soporte de los rodamientos detrás de la sierra, en lugar de en el lateral 😀

puedes usar la sierra circular en mesa con un disco poroso multiusos (de carbono) o mandarlo a cortar a laser (no es costoso)

Este tipo de ideas son justo lo que necesito. Sin grandes máquinas. Estoy buscando una plantilla para usar con esta sierra y tomar férulas o listones de 1 cm de ancho. En esta plantilla, el ancho del listón se hace por la mitad del ancho de la base. ¿Me podrías dar una idea de un jig? Saludos, directo desde Brasil.
No estoy seguro de a qué te refieres. Pero estoy haciendo una guía que me permitirá cortar listones con la caladora en cualquier lugar del listón. Un saludo

Yes, I have used this jig quite a lot and it keeps making perfect straight vertical cuts thanks to the bearings 😀

You did a nice job building that jig, ButJig saws are designed for light sawing. Use the right tool for the job.

Refrescante ver un paisano que utiliza herramientas sencillas, disfruta con ello ...y lo transmite. Enhorabuena por tu primer video 'viral'. Seguro que has dedicado de largo más tiempo en la grabación y producción del video que en el trabajo de madera en sí... ja, ja. Pero estoy convencido que sientes que ha merecido la pena, ...y desde fuera, al menos para mí, también. Ánimo! ...y pa'lante.

En mi canal puedes ver cómo la utilizo junto con una guía lateral que hice. Una sencilla tira delgada de contrachapado me permite ajustar la posición de la guía lateral para cortar con precisión.
