2 Tbsp Organic Better Than Bullion Beef Base
2 Tbsp Gochvgan Chili Paste
2 Tbsp GREEN CHILE Garlic Infused Oil
1 Tbsp Organic Coco Aminos (Soy Sauce Substitute)
1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
12 Chiltepin Peppers
Pepper to taste
7 Pepper Rub:
6 Chiltepin Peppers
2Tbsp Hatch Green Chile Pepper
2 Tbsp Fine Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Coarse Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp White Pepper
1 Tbsp Paprika Pepper
1 Tbsp Sichuan Peppercorn
Smoked for 45 minutes until the internal temp hit 125 F, then pulled off the smoker, wrapped in foil, and let rest for 30 minutes before serving.
