Let's try a Smoked Tri Tip Recipe today, a Traeger Tri Tip. We are going to smoke on the Timberline 850 and sear on the #traegergrills #flatrock, #smokedtritiprecipe, #traegertritip, #tritip
*Mama and Papa Joe* OK, another recipe I'm going to have to try, I did the "The Ultimate Oven Beef Ribs Recipe" and it turned out amazing I was able to find that Barbecue sauce at Costco & it's outstanding. Thank-you sir for taking the time to bring these recipes to us. GOD Bless.
I love thr tri tip because i take my cuts from the middle for mid rare and the Mrs likes the end cuts with are closer to medium. Nice cook CJ ! Love that sauce especially on sour dough bread !
Outstanding cook on this tri tip. I have one to cook here soon. I have to cook my on the done side for the wife. We'll see how it comes out. You did a GREAT cook on this one. The whole meal looked amazing!
Tri-Tip looks awesome CJ! Being from SoCal, I agree about Tri-Tip being better cooked closer to medium, I'm glad you caught on to that! I like a final temp of 139-140F and thinly sliced.
Another good cook boss, looks great. People be sleeping on that Badia! One of my clients turned me on to that years ago, and i been grateful every since. 💯💯
That is a beautiful tri-tip. Amazing marbling. I love uncle Chris’s steak seasoning. Even use it as a base for dressings. The dill in it really pops well with steak!

CJ, We think alike ALOT. I have a TriTip thawing right now. Have not had one in 2 years. Been fighting the Big c since '20 and only 1 more treatment. I love tri tip. I often prefer it over brisket because I'm usually cooking for one, so I don't have to invest 8+ hours lol
Same here, a much shorter cook.
These look fire
Thanks buddy, how ya been?

BRUH! I didn't know you were into baking! Thanks
@@mamaandpapajoe it’s a new hobby of mine
Surprised that it wasn't mooing when you cut it. I can't cook meat on pellets. Too rare for me.
You cook yours how you like it.
What's a tri tip?
a triangular cut of beef from the lower part of the sirloin. A Google definition.
