Fantastic! Welcome to the wonderful world of ramen! Since you are new to spice, I recommend starting with the beef, chicken and pork flavours as they do not contain spice. There are also flavours that are vegetarian, such as mushroom and garlic. Even as a carnivore, I must admit the mushroom flvoured ones are surprisingly good. Particularly the Nissan brand one. I like to add some real mushrooms (there are so many yummy mushrooms enokki, shitake, white button, pick your favourite ones) and a little fresh spinich, a boiled egg and some tofu. I prefer it with the broth. So good!
