i would always add old bay seasoning, cheese, and a sunny side up egg on top of my ramen but that's just me. most the time i actually would just make egg drop soup, cheap and quick to make for a college kid lol. i've had some pretty tasty ramen made elote style though, with hot cheetos. that was fire ramen right there
I make the ramen with the flavor pack, dump the water out leaving the noddles in the pot then add a cheese like Alfredo sauce, canned corn, and some beef bullion, mix and that stuff is amazing

My go to college ramen is mama brand. They're from thai land and its aboutnthe same price as top ramen or maruchan, but the flavors ans everything are WAY better. Throw some tuna or chicken in there, hit it with a bit of sauce (depends on how i'm feeling. Sometimes it just some sriracha, sometikes its my mom's dumpling sauce if i'm feeling zesty.) Crack and egg into it right after you remove it from heat and let the residual heat cook the egg while you stir it. Garnish with ginger, garlic, and green onion, and hitnitnwith a tiny bit more sesame seed oil. Flavor town, my friends. All for about a dollar

definitely. i work at a ramen spot and they be simmering their broth for 50-70 HOURS. broth is definitely the make or break for authentic ramen

@alyzeh haider usually a simple broth is cooked/simmered at a minimum of 4-8 hours depending on the protein or what you want to extract exactly. Past 12 hours all the flavours and essentials are in the broth already, 40 hours is really pushing it unless your chef is adding more to the broth like aromatics or protein. But otherwise there's no point. Even the legendary Sano didn't make his broth that long I assume.
Well it's also the noodles themselves as well tbh.

Grandaddy from the island of Guam(meaning they COOOOKS) and one day he gave me a plate of fried ramen, fried wit butter after you season it up how you like. That was 15 years ago snd I ain’t stopped frying my noodles ever since. Texture is out of the world. Ain’t gotta worry abt it being soggy or mashy. Try it
For my Ramen, I like to drain the water, add butter, touch of mayo, and some cheese. Then add mixed veggies or broccoli with the seasoning packet. Fried egg on top never hurts.
The dairies make it creamy. Might sound gross but it's really tasty and silky creamy.

Mean no but spoke about herself a lot to the point were you would hope that her food would be good. When she was talking about the guys food she went on to say all the things he had done wrong and how hers is so different yet hers was just as dry and tasteless. It seems as if she just cooked the dry ramen and just covered it with strong spices after. using dry fish spices on DRY Ramen?

Cook your ramen like you would and after it gets done crack an egg into it turn off the heat and cover the egg with noodles set a timer for 3 mins.
While you are waiting for the egg to cook put chili paste garlic the white part of green onions and the seasoning packet in a non stick pan on medium low heat let it cook for about 15 seconds then add any type of cheese once the cheese starts to stick to the pan add milk slowly while mixing until the consistency is that of a thick sauce. By this time the egg should be done cooking. Take the egg out of the ramen and put the ramen in the sauce pan without the broth and mix the sauce in. Put the ramen in a bowl and while you wait for it to cool fry some ham once the ham is done place the ham on one side of the bowl. Cut open the egg and place it on the other side. Then sprinkle the green parts of green onion in the middle and enjoy
