Looks delicious! If I might make some suggestions, try leaving the tomato paste out of the sauce mix, and instead fry it off in the pan for a few minutes before adding the sauce and stirring to combine. Frying tomato paste brings out such a beautiful, intense tomato flavour that really livens up any tomato-based sauce. I would also suggest skipping the lemon juice since tomato is already acidic, and perhaps even moderating the acidity with a touch of sugar or agave syrup. And finally, maybe reserve half of the sundried tomatoes so you can chop them up and add them into the finished sauce for a bit of texture.

Depends on you and your parents. Some start cooking when they are 8 for example. Junior masterchefs have to start at some early point in life after all 😉 Just watch the video you like lots of times so you are comfortable with the process. Always start with your gas/burner on lowest setting so you can’t burn stuff. Rest is up to timing. @@gritmakaveli In combination with the tomato taste I would probably prefer the sweet and creamy taste of the cashew over the rather distinct and bitter taste of tahini... Good our tastes are all different :-)
No. It's easier. For the stovetop recipe you need to cut fresh tomatoes pour in olive oil wait for it to heat add chopped garlic and the tomatoes wait for it to cook down and then add the pasta. You can make this blended sauce in seconds in the blender while the pasta cooks for 8 min or so. The stove top version of the sauce will need regular stirring while it cooks. Have to wash tomatoes chop and do all this. The sun dried is just opening a glass jar and the rest too all comes out of bottles, pre made. Keep the blended mix aside and once the pasta is cooked just throw it in a pan slightly heat mix and done. Faster. I can sit for a while as the pasta cooks. But while the sauce is being done I need to keep a watch. And then also stir in the pasta and heat that up. Hence this is lazy version. Wholewheat pasta does not stick to the bottom of the pot like AP flour pasta does. I stir just once and skim off the froth that gathers towards the end. The even easier version is just opening a can of marinara sauce and heating that up once the pasta is done.
@@btsarmyforever3816 Personally I just pour in passata sauce from the store which cooks in like 3 minutes so I can just boil the pasta then halfway through start cooking the sauce and add the seasonings. If it's white pasta I have no problem just sitrring once at the start then leaving it be for 10 minutes. I boil my kettle then pour the pasta into the boiling water, the boiling water immediately makes the pasta stick at the beginning so all I have to do is give it a quick stir at the beginning then I can leave it for 10 minutes.
