Cheese crisps are one of my favorite snacks, the key to cook them without burning them is to cook them a little longer to make sure the middle cooks without burning. It also helps to use shredded cheese as it crisps and melts better(also giving it a better end product!)
@perfectworldbeholder well more of you want to give it a bit extra time if you think it's done bc the middle takes the longest time. It usually takes 5-7 minutes cooked on high. The best outcome is usually made by cooking both sides as it can be quicker
