- Beans stew is one of Ghanaian favorite recipes . Kidney Beans stew recipe is locally called atedua in Ghana. This video will teach you the step by step tutorial of how to cook authentic Atedua stew.
Ingredients 👇
1. 2 cups red kidney beans
2. 1/2 cups palm oil
3. SaltedFermented cured fish: • 🇬🇭Ghana Momoni | Tradi...
4. Traditional flavoursome leaves(atie3gya)
5. Blended Vegetables ( 3 fresh tomatoes, one Scotch Bonnet Pepper, 2 medium size onion& thumsize ginger)
6. 3 tsp shrimp powder
7. 2 & 1/2 tsp powdered fish
8. dried herrings
9. smoked mackerel
Nb: Due to the amount of Salted fish you will use, no can omit adding salt or taste and add salt when the stew is almost done to prevent making your food concentrated with salt.
