Omg the Stew is loaded! you fully baptised this Stew with so much flavor that I can't control myself from drooling. Meat and fish so well seasoned, frying in rosemary and bayleaf oil is another level of flavour. Frying the Stew with Shrimp powder and all-purpose seasoning is a whole level of awesomeness, so beautiful, tasty, delicious and flavorful. I will love this with some white rice 😋😍 Well done sis 🙌

Shrimp powder sound good in the sauce.love that you first.seasoned the assorted meat and the all-purpose seasoning is really great. Rosemary and bay leaf added before frying the fish moves the fish to a different level. Love how you deep fried the meat it looks crispy and nice after you fry it. discarding excess oil in the stew is a good idea I alwaysdo same and also keep the oil for later use.the stew is really well prepared and spiced I love the outcome.

My very big catch in all your recipe/cooking is that you use your own spices.
