Ingredients👇
1. Ox-tail
2. Goat meat
3. pig feet
4. Cow tripe
5. Cow kidney
6. Fresh Tilapia fish
7. Closed- cup mushrooms
Vegetable for the Soup
1. Garden eggs
2. Turkey berries ( Good to treat anaemia)
3. One Scotch Bonnet Pepper
Meat & Fish Marinade
1. 1 medium size onion
2. 3 cloves garlic
3. 1 tumbsize ginger
4. 1tsp aniseed
5. 1 tsp rosemary
Traditional Medicinal fragrance
1. Aidan fruit (Prekese),it has Microbial and anti- bacteria properties, it controls fever and diabetes, just to mention few.
Salt to taste (optional) due to the salted pig feet. Please taste for salt when the soup is almost cooked when you use Salted meat or fish to avoid soup being concentrated with salt.

The light soup is loaded with proteins and was well prepared. I like the way you added the blended garden eggs and turkey berries to the soup. After adding the tomato paste to the soup and letting it cook, the outcome is simply delicious.

Love all the accessories for the soup.yes marinating the fish gives it nice taste love that you had to remove it before continuing to cook the other meat.love the way you preserve your garden egg .when you cook and safe in the freezer it's time time also.love that you strained the vegetables.
