Peri Peri Spice is a combination of spices and herbs with a touch of lemon, preferably dehydrated lemon with the rind, this spice can be used to marinate poultry, seafood and meat. In this recipe, I sprinkled my Homemade Peri spice on MacCain chips to achieve a rich and aromatic Air fryer chips. This is a quick dinner that anyone can try. Ingredients
* 150g MacCain Oven chips
* 3 tbsp Homemade Peri Peri Rub: • Homemade Peri Peri Sea...
* 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
1. Spinkle Peri Seasoning and salt on the chips
2. Toss it till well coated
3. Place chips in grill basket
4. Air fry for 20mins
5. Serve with chicken and vegetables or enjoy it solo.
