Personally, I have more mixed feelings going into KH4.
While I really love the Gigas things, and the avenues of Strelitzia and some potential world possibilities.
The idea of having a train is pretty cool, speaking as a person who loves trains. I loved KH3's gummi ship sections, but we do need new modes of transportation.
Cars doesn't bother me at all. I actually wouldn't mind just a summon of LM.
For worlds that I would love to see: I hope for Moana, Brave, Princess and the Frog, The Incredibles, and Zootopia. Atlantis, Treasure Planet, Black Cauldron, and Pocahontas are pretty good ones too.
In terms of Final Fantasy characters, I am fine with them appearing in minor roles, like in previous games, but frankly I don't think a lack of them is such a big deal. I always preferred their actual FF versions over their KH versions anyway, so it doesn't bother me.
What does bother me is the idea of not having the established KH original characters from the Dark Seeker saga returning, and just having it focus on Sora. If anything, that kills my hype.
Roxas, Xion, Axel, Ventus, Aqua, and Terra are my favorites in KH. And while I am ok with them having a break for a game or two, I cannot say the same about other characters like Kairi, Lauriam, or Elrena. Strelitzia, Luxord, and the Lost Masters intrigue me too.
Frankly, all those characters mean more to me than Sora does.
So as you can tell, my standing with KH4 is on shaky ground.
Some things get me hyped, other things get me concerned.
There are some things I agree with HMK, Sarah, and Audrey on, and some things I disagree with them on.
I loved the hell out of KH3 base and ReMind, but while I am curious, I am not completely sold on KH4 yet.
36:57 what about something like a Gummi-cycle? You can use skateboards and trains to navigate, then use motorcycles to jump between worlds
I forgot to mention telling Maleficent and Pete meeting their demise to Aqua courtesy of Sora, Donald and Goofy, but Terra, Sora's alter ego and everyone else. Because trust me, the MoM refuses to be marked by evil and darkness which is represented by Maleficent and Pete. Which is probably why it was him who told them to find the ingredient to unleash the data creatures in the form of angels to not only finish the Disney worlds but them as well. Because hey Mom aka Guy Who Ruined Star Wars knows what he's doing when he Luxu it never be opened and he knew where he's going with this concept of his plan. And if you ask me when Maleficent came back to life in KH2, I would imagine that Xehanort told her that when she comes back, if anything happens to her staff, she'll contort and twist into a burnt black tree and dies. Marc Davis Maleficent's creator and one of Disney's Nine Old Men will be mad in his grave. Also I have mixed feelings about TPatF world, I mean Shadow Man aka Willy grom that wonderful piece of chick flick history Ghost since he too was dragged by howling shadow demons, it be a waist that during the end credits in KH4, the camera pans to the moon and we cut back to the Other Side laughing, because they're still out there plotting their next plan to take over New Orleans. And the reason they chose Willy in the first place, is because he is the most lonesome of all people in New Orleans and his heart is black and full of hate.
When Cloud tried to stop Sephiroth from killing Aerith I was like YES LETS GO, but then she was still dead I Was confused like "wait....I thought we stopped him NOOOO!" Man I was mad as hell I was like nah throw hands.
I was like “Holy shit… He actually did it!” When Cloud stopped Sephiroth but then Square Enix was like “NOPE.” And yanked the carpet out from under our feet.
I got into Kingdom hearts before final fantasy too, but I was a kid so at the time I had no idea they even came from final fantasy. I just thought they were more kingdom hearts characters. Seeing them disappear from the story felt off because even though by that point I knew about where they came from, they still felt important to kingdom hearts

Don’t know if this is an original idea or not but what if sora can only visit Disney worlds for a short time. Say for instance Donald and goofy are visiting Disney worlds with Kairi while sora is in unreality his heart connects with her and sora has to help with the boss but no one can see or hear him. They feel his heart nearby. Kind of like in melody of memory. Though that would make the game a bit like DDD with character swapping or bbs and make it converging route storyline since Riku has play a part in the game.
I like the idea. But this idea of Sora coming in to help Kairi could further downplay her character. It was cool the first time in MoM. But repeatedly would be degrading to Kairi.

Personally I don't think they'll do a lot of these given this game is set in unreality it'd be a waste to do the type of Disney worlds that we've had in the other games I think we'll get things like the live action remakes to capture that different reality feel like we're on the other side so things could be similar yet different but things like Moana and Encanto should wait until Sora is back in the realm of reality but that's my opinion and thoughts
