    It's sad to hear that so many women are choosing to risk their lives for such dangerous surgeries; I hope this trend is over. As a Trainer for more than 25 years, I exercise can help to enhance and improve your body. Unfortunately, we live in a fast pace, quick and instant society in which we would instead go and risk our health & lives than do the work and get similar or the same results. Taking the time to invest in your body by doing natural, healthy, and safe exercises is the best way to get the desired results.

      How long is your recovery

    • @BDS1313
      @BDS1313 Před rokem +2

      @@monishalanier8348 Well this has a few correct answers. There is a short term, mid term and long term range to think about.
      The short term of just a few weeks will leave you with a lot of pain and probably a lack of sleep. The first month you will still have bruising and discoloration through all the areas effected. Depending on how much work you get done will depend on how much pain you will feel. My hips and stomach by far hurt worse than any other area (areas worked on, bra fat lipo, stomach, flanks lipo and then inserted into the buttocks.) After 2 weeks, I went back to work with much less pain in my midsection. As a delivery driver I used a BBL seat/cushion to sit on as well as a cushion for the back of the chair.
      For me, this time around with my second BBL seemed to heal much faster than my first; after knowing what was expected I put much more effort in the recovery process. the healing process of the first month, I walked every single day, had an assortment of vitamin gummies, constantly drank water, stretched and made an effort to eat even when I wasn't up to it. Since I don't like taking pain pills sleep for the first 4 days was an issue. After the first week I was instructed I could sleep on my back so that helped greatly. The doctor also said I could start working out again as well but I waited a few weeks bore going back. I didn't want to effect the healing process so all I did for a month or so was just walk around my neighborhood and listen to music. Doing that everyday seemed to not just make the pain go away but also seemed to clear up the bruising and inflammation in lightning speed.
      The more mid term pain say the first 6 months is still a very sensitive area in the lower back. Kinda like a band near or at the same area when you might wear a belt. Going to the gym or laying back on a hard surface is somewhat painful. By this time other than sensitive glutes, all the other pain should be gone.
      The long term range for pain is about a year out before I could properly go to the gym again. By this I mean running or jogging without pain. This may depend on the person but I feel super sensitive in my glutes for almost an entire year. So after 12 moths you should have Zero persisting pain.

    I naturally have large hips/butt. I would like to get rid of my hip dips but I don't want them filled in with fat. I'd much rather have lipo to outer thighs and flanks. Why make big hips even bigger, why not just make other things smaller lol.

    If you have a patient who sometimes experiences Sciatic nerve pain, can that patient still get a BBL? thank you so much for all your videos and information. ❤️ I only wish that I could afford to get a mommy makeover with you. I could afford maybe up to $13,000 but $30,000 is quite out of my price range. 😔 I very much do appreciate you and everything you do. 🥰
