Watching the evolution of the costumes parallel the evolution of the characters has been fantastic! Much in the way Ramin Djawadi has shown character development with his score, Michele Clapton has woven spoilers and character developments into her fabric, for those who were paying attention..;) Awesome. Really awesome. :)

I LOVE Dany's costume. And these clips in between showed so many details. So many things have become clear now..
massive respect to the costume designers on thus show, the costumes are so detailed and go so well with each character we can feel the growth of these people.

People always overlook the importance of costume in stories, i'm so glad Michelle Clapton is getting recognition for her work. its truly amazing!
This woman became a goddess by creating the looks of some characters. For example Joffreys style or Daenerys dresses. I've never seen such formal language. It looks beautiful and inspiring.
You can tell, she passionate about designing the clothes for Game of Thrones when she reffering the character names Arya, Daeny, Sansa, Cersi instead of their real name. Ms. you doing an amazing job! 👏🏻

There is so much season 7 footage in here! Also the costumes are amazing. What always stood out to me is how Dany's costumes always have subtle reptilian scales incorporated into the fabric in one way or another; sometimes with stone sometimes with simple thread etc.
Honestly since the start of Game of Thrones I have seen its direct influence on current fashion like platinum blonde hair is a big trend, revealing dresses cut in the same design worn by characters like Margery Tyrell, all of this because of GOT well done to designers your work is pure art.
every aspect of GoT is just breath-taking and phenomenal!!! The ENTIRE cast and crew of this show is just the best!!! 👏👏👏
The costumes in this series really are so divine! Like someone else already said, they are pieces of art! There were so many awesome costumes throughout the series, but for me so far in the series the best one was worn by Cersei in the last episode of the sits season. The black one she is wearing at the begining when the church explodes. It was powerfull, it was strong, it was everything she was in that moment! LOVED it!
THIS is what makes GOT the best series ever. The costumes really help emerse you into their world.

Wow! That was highly interesting. I always thought of the costumes as one of the best things of Got, but everybody is always just talking about the author, the writers, the actors and the story design that you forget about this really important aspects of designing the clothes. This, besides things like prop making and cgi, are the things that really bring Got to life and it's also marvelous art on its own. Thanks very much for this portray, Michele's a goddess in what she's doing.
The thing she says about how we can see a character's development by looking at his clothes is also a really interesting point: just think about Arya having a more Northern armor again (I hoped it would be that way), the Bloodhound now having an armor fitting to the brotherhood without banners in this video and also Davos now being dressed as a typical Stark. You can totally see that aspect in every costume appearing in the show.
Wow! The sets and costumes all look very luxe, and it appears that Bronn will be back. Loved this a lot!

All costumes are brilliant but she took it to another level with that costume of Cersei when she blew up the Sept.

I did notice something when watching the episode (season 7, ep 1) and this was the outfits. Incredible, really. The older seasons have all had good costumes, but I really feel that Cersei's and Daenarys' clothes were really fantastic.
Given that GOT is shot and broadcast in HD, one gets to really look at the details of the show. As a result, the sets, the makeup, everything really shows on screen. It makes for a great delight to see the costumes especially, in the detail with which they were made. I think Michelle Clapton is another one of those under the radar geniuses that put the quality into this show. I tip my helm to you, Lady Michelle! :-)

I loved seeing this at the travelling exhibition before season 4 in Mexico City - I would love to see something like that again. You can see that these are functional pieces of clothing - not costume pieces.
I love the inspiration from persia and Japanese fashion and armor put in the series
