Not being rude..we have several videos on how to cook a smashburger if interested...temps matter but not as much as you think...time is more of a med..not to fast but not to slow....slow would not create the crust...to hot would burn not fry the beef..

my blackstone doesnt get hot enough for some reason. i can leave it on high all day and the meat wont crust.
Something is wrong somewhere....the hose is damaged...something is clogged...something is wrong...regulator is bad....need to reach out to Blackstone
