    Hi Polly it’s Spooky LaRue from Canada. I’m still exercising trying to keep up to you and Cooper and enjoying your classes very much for 4 years now.     It’s Saturday the 4th. I must say this is the second time with this exercise. I really like it bc first me it encompasses most of my body. I felt aerobic. See you later. Have a good weekend 🩶

    good cognitive. stretching and motion. Would be better if more standing stuff done. Also more exercises for bradykenisia pls. we had a taste of it here. Thanx Polly. Regards to Cooper.

    i like your exerises but righy now cant seem to finish each one. i find i have to lean back in the chair. hopefully i willincreas my stamina!

      Carol, don't be too hard on yourself. These videos are tricky and strenuous. You can break them down into shorter sections (10-20 minutes), and little by little, I bet you will see improvement in your stamina. We are proud of you for trying and look forward to hearing about your progress!!

    Hi Polly, I have a request. Can you incorporate toe exercises? The toes play a very important role when walking and for balance. My friend who lost his big toe due to an accident became unable to walk, ( That was more than 20 years ago and I don't know how is he doing now.) I know it is cumbersome to be barefoot in the middle,,,,,
