These videos are awsome couple weeks ago when I started I didn't have too much energy. But since sticking to a routine every other day, I find it easier to workout and have more energy and less mobility issues..I try to do different ones whenever I do .They are all good but I really enjoy standing ones as I want to stand as much as I possibly can, while I can seeing I'm only 56 going on 4 years since diagnoses. I was and am a big fan of fitness working out most of my life..have been through a lot trying to cater something to my needs and these videos are IT..appreciate you Parkinson's workout ladies keep it up and Thank You❤

Pollyy, I have just added this classs to the previous one for gait.The aerobic aspect kicked my gluteus! I have never been coordinated; however your instruction mqkess it eaqsy to master the format. I dont know if it's a placebo effect but I had my beest day of mobility yesterday in weeks,Thanks! Sandi
