How To Repair Threads On a Stripped out Manual Pull Start from a 1982 9.9hp Evinrude Outboard Motor

Using a heli coil but different thread fix kit to repair my pull start on Blue the 9.9 motor. I took out the starter to clean the carb so many times, I ended up stripping the threads on the manual pull start.
