- Garrett Turbo 1994 accord on E85 here we gooooo. This is my build of my second Turbo accord. The first one I built lasted over 18K miles and never blew! it was fast for what it was and im excited to make this happen again. ENJOY! Don't forget to subscribe for more! cd5 cd7 accord.

Nope! I find it the right amount. It's a blend of work + explanation. Some guys talk too much, some guys don't talk enough. Oh yeah can you please get an external mic setup as well? What are you using to record with?

my recommendation is to get an external mic, that could be a rode mic, or a lavalier mic that's long and use that! the audio quality will improve 100% I promise you. Just attach it to yourself as you're walking around and it will be the best investment ever.

How much has all that cost? That S300 is about 500 alone. I have an 94 Accord EX, auto with a stock F22B1. Want to do the same but it needs a few oil leaks repaired first. Not to mention the engine has like 275K on it. Would love to see a detailed list with prices so I have an idea. Are you using a large IM too? If so did you go with an H22?

Thanks for sharing this! Does the V-Tech of the LX engine have the ability to work like the sport’s V-Tech as in it’s just a matter of how it’s programmed to opperate? I have a 2000 Accord 5speed and it’s an LX and I heard in a review the V-tech on my 4cyl version is set up for maximizing fuel efficiency so I didn’t know if I could use a chip or reprogram it if I wanted to make it more sporty. Thanks for any answer and love your passion for the Accord.
Ubiquitous Reverser if you get full Bolt ons and a tune your tuner can change the vtec engagement to the best spot. But as far as just chipping to make it come on early and nothing else it’s pretty useless.
2point2turbo Sorry I have only recently been learning about this kind of stuff and I don’t understand what you mean by full bolt on, is that the housinng/box that contains the ECU computer and then I guess as far as tuning that would be swapping out other parts like exhaust and air intake or things like that to get a greater amount of overall power/performance?
Well thank you for your reply, I know I can’t afford to do anything with it for now and if I need a boost I just drop gears and keep it away from the redline if I want or need to get it up to a higher speed so it is what is and I’m not trying to challenge people on the street. So fuel efficiency is really more important at this point since it’s just my now nicer a-b car and I want to take it easy since I thrashed my previous car. Got 260,000 out of a saturn sl and had it for 14yrs but one of the pistons stopped working. It took quite the beating.
Thanks again and I enjoy watching and learning what I can for the day when I do get myself a nice sports car to do custom stuff on once I get my finances in order again.
Ubiquitous Reverse He ment like header, cold air intake, full exhaust otherwise changing vtec engagement won't add much power as more air in and out makes more power when properly tuned.

Hey I removed my egr and blocked the back port on the intake and the erg is now blocked , I got a rev coming when I start up that don’t go away till I drop to drive gear , then as I hit for gas it shuts out how do I by pass this
Check if you have a vacuum line disconnected
2point2turbo ok so I hooked all the harness I got rid of the cut out sorta , I can go threw the gears on little to no gas so it stays on I’m sure the ecu is giving it a reading , how do I trip the ecu to just comply with out telling the engine it’s to rich

eddie cuevas there’s always a way it just gets more complicated. Such as relocating and getting flexible hoses and connections
Your going to have boost leak where u drilled the intercooler for the mounting. You will also blow all the oil out the engine from the breathers as they need to have baffled behind them

I have a question for you Honda Gear heads, I have a 96 Coupe EX with the VTech, It will make this random brrrrrrrrt noise, even with the key off, almost sounds like a fuel pump. But it's coming from the engine bay somewhere. It's done it ever since I've owned it for the past 6 years. What is that? My car Farts haha
