The f22a1 has 2 idle control valves . the opening on the right is the fast idle valve. It closes after coolant heats up. Opening on left (iacv). Operates thru the ecu. Both notorious for giving your engine a floating idle.
Where is the fast idle valve located I got mad floating idle
@@TheBronSexual23 there's lots of threads on jumping idle on CZcams. Patience an persistence will get that idle under control.
I miss my 1992 Honda Accord CB7 😭 it had a F22A1 and a 5 speed manual and I had it for years and I loved working on it. I need another one asap.

Hey man i stumble on ur chanel and i love it i did the same work on that intake i lot of work and time for the future i believe 1320 sale a plastic spacer and that intake two with stage 1 and stage 2 port also h23 is the same as the f22 not the h22.the h22 is compatible with the f20b any way great job and great content keep up the good work

I have a 91 accord with f22a1 that I need to rebuild curious what did you spend on the parts and do you have a video of the parts list you used im interested in what you did so I can do something similar without a turbo for no. I've had my car almost 14 years
Hey Seth, I am building an f22a6 from the block up with forged Manley rods and pistons, BS delete, Supertech valve springs, and a gt3076 knockoff with a bullet wheel. Intended purpose of the car is simply a fun street car that will handle the road well and lay down some power. My goal is 400whp, but I honestly just want to most useable power I can get. I'm debating spending $250 for Brian Crower to regrind my cam. I see that you also had yours reground. Do you know if it really helps the over power and is worth the money? Thank you.

272 grind camshaft is pretty healthy for street/strip. 282 is pretty aggresive and hardly streetable
