    It's been 3 plus years (almost 4) and our update video will be coming out on the fireplace tile and how it has held up STAY TUNED!!!

    Also, This had held up really well! Especially since the fireplace tile gets really hot just under the mantle. There is no sign of wear, yellowing or damage. It been over a year and it looks brand new!!!:)

    I am in the middle of doing almost exact project (no floor tile pieces). How can I share pictures of my picture series by steps? Thank you for this video. Saved us some money to completely redo our fireplace tile border.

      Yes, The tiles surface gets hot above the fire and the paint still looks brand new
