Seriously, if you wanna take a video or a picture then do it in your own personal gym, folks want a modicum of privacy to workout …. and clean the equipment after you finish using it!
What if their taking videos to check their form or taking photos for progress like I get that some people do for TikTok or just never workout and some just to be jerks

I train at a boxing gym. I came late to boxing, starting after I had a heart attack in 2021 at 56 years old. The younger, more experienced boxers have helped immeasurably with advice and support. I won two blue collar boxing matches at 57 and 58. Just yesterday I was working with my coach and a few of them were at the edge of the ring hyping me up because I was hitting the mitts so hard (not a great boxer, that’s basically the one thing I bring to the table). It really made my day. So, for all of you out there spreading positivity please let me say thank you.
Pretty amazing what young kids will do when they see someone with desire that needs a little help. I am telling you that they get that "rush" and it helps them also
I love it when strangers help me in the gym. There's this one old guy in my that helped me and improved my progress a lot. we became friends, and I sometimes talk with him when hes at the gym when I am. Always suppirt others and help them it helps ❤
This was a healthy interactions with two confident men who are their to learn and teach, the learners is there to learn. And the teachers who was once a learner is there to teach. No ego just straight knowledge and interest

I always ask someone who knows their shit if I feel like my form is off, people are 9/10 happy to help and give advice. You gotta be humble enough to accept new information, it'll make you stronger in the long run. Don't be too proud to ask for help.

One of the coaches in the gym taught I work out at taught me the same concept with the pec fly machine and it helped so much! Kudos to people taking their time in helping others with their forms.
