Probably the best looking dark red guitar I've ever seen.
In my opinion, the only other guitars that could compare to the look of it are the old school B.C. Rich models from the 80s with the red crackle finishes.
There's also the ESP LTD H3-1000 in Black Cherry, which came out recently this year and that also looks pretty nice.
But this guitar looks so sick and unique to me.

Wow wow wow!!! I really want one on my own! It would be a nice upgrade from my Omen6 which i really like to play on. Just love Schecter guitars!

They are a thing of beauty...and play beautifully too. Did you get the Floyd Rose or the multi-scale 7 string?
For the paint job, I heard they are dipped. The design is the paint soaking into the pores of the wood grain, giving them their unique characteristics.

I agree 100% I have an expensive custom and it's great but 1500 buys a lot of guitar now days
@@SwedeStudios i was gonna find a guitar in a pawn shop just cuz it saves money, or get a schecter damien platinum 6 fr. then i save the silver and black silver mountain. i got that a week later 😂
My most expensive guitar is a USA custom that set me back $3500 but let me say I have an LTD Iron Cross that I play way more. It's been my experience anything made by World Music in South Korea is well built. Schecter, LTD and I think a couple of others. I avoid Indonesia good guitars but not as high quality.
Yeah, I've been a Schecter C-1 guy since it was released in 2000...I've had other guitars, but I always found myself playing the C-1s way more...I've never had an issue with any of them...always solid.

I've been a C1 guy since the model came out as well. I unfortunately sold all my older ones years ago when I took a hiatus from playing...I had a beautiful black Diamond Series C1 Elite with Mother of Pearl binding that I wish I still had.
Nice axe, wouldn't mind getting the Floyd Version.

Thanks...yeah, I love it...solid, beautiful guitar. I don't do much lead playing, so I've always stuck to hardtails/string-throughs. I do want to pick up some model of Dean Dime ML, so that would absolutley have to have a floyd.

How do you record your music btw? I have been trying a plug-in but there a huge delay when I use it. Do you know the solution to the problem?
Hey thanks for checking it out. I use a Line6 Helix for all my amp models/effects. That runs into a Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 audio interface and into the computer. I don't use any amp sim plug-ins so I can't help you out there.

I’m planning on purchasing this guitar. Would you say the polished neck hinders your playing at all?
I have no issues with it, but I know some people don't like that type of finish on the neck.
How does this compare to the Schecter C-1 Platinum ?
While they are both C-1s, and have a similar feel, sound-wise they really are different animals...active vs passive

I hate it when people demo a guitar and they lay effects over the tone of the guitar...defeats the purpose
Unless you're listening to a straight DI, ANYTHING you play through is going to color the sound of the guitar. Plug straight into a clean Fender, Marshall, Mesa...all of them will sound different.
