    That's the best sounding 49cc 4-stroke with the chain-drive transmission I've ever heard, good-job!

Very nice build. My preference would be to put the gas tank on a mount above rear wheel. Just my 2 cents, Thanks for the video.

@@iceyaj3167 Hey man that worked. Thank you. I have had a couple 2 strokes and this is my first 4 stroke. Now I just have to go find fasteners to fit over the front tube. I hope these ones are a bit more reliable. I probably put 1,500 miles on my 2 strokes and 1,500 hours into keeping them safely running.

(Edit) any issues fitting the 4 stroke in the frame? The few videos ive seen on kent baysides with 4 strokes people have had issues making the bigger motor fit.

    • @iceyaj3167

when i first got this engine and have no idea how the centrifugal clutch works, yes it wear out in no time. but i figure out to over come that. i yank out all 3 springs on the centrifugal clutch. the problem goes away.

@@jonny6758 if your engine comes with the 3 spring centrifugal clutch, keep in mind once you deleted your springs, always hold onto your brake lever before pull starting because once your engine turns on your clutch will engage and your bike will move forward. also you'll have to play with the engine idle speed to get it in a sweet spot that way it wouldn't stall out during start up and idling. the benefits of this mod your clutch will aggressively grips and grabs onto the bell housing you'll pick up speed faster and less wear and tear on your clutch pads. i wouldn't let the bike idle no more than 3min because the clutch pads may over heat. good luck and happy motorized bike!!!

@@iceyaj3167, I've had two of these 49cc engines on bicycles since 2016, both of mine have the belt-drive transmissions, and both still have the original clutches, I also have two BT80's with their original 2016 centrifugal-clutches, lol, IDK why so many of you are breaking these clutches.
