Nice build sir. Take you time breaking it in and it will get strong with time. Though be sure to keep the maintainace up. If you start hearing a slapping sound or tapping stop and take head off when cool to n make sure there isn't something banging around on top of the piston. I didn't and something beat the shit out of the piston top and the inside of the head before getting caught on a transfer and falling Into the crankcase.
Great share. You really need to loose the front fender or double up on the supports. Known issue and I’ve seen a few friends fold tires or end up in the ER. Godspeed friend and hope you subscribe and enjoy my tips as well.
Yes, tires can catch on fenders. I made some small modifications and check it each ride.

@@Dudeguy36 Just make sure to get a similar chain tensioner and consider a clamp on sprocket. Rag joint works for a while but not a permanent solution. No real issues to report.
Nobody shows how to start this bike. Is there a battery or starter ?
So with these you pedal to about 10mph and let out the clutch handle. This basically jump starts the motor. No battery needed. Also, from a stop sign, you need to pedal some before you can engage the motor and use the throttle. Not enough power to use motor only from a stand still.
That rag joint sprocket thing is garbage it will soon work loose and snap your spokes
Yes, some people have expressed the same concern. After some research though, some people have also gone many years without it failing. I have a stock engine and I am careful to accelerate smoothly. Once the parts start to fail, I can upgrade as you have suggested. Thank you.
Not it's only garbage if you don't put it on right. It's not a set and forget, ypu have to keep on top of it in the beginning and eventually it will stay and ypu won't have to check it so much. Bit Eben them you should be checking things like that on a regular basis.
