My son currently has the Bell MX-9 Monster,
McGrath SHOWTIME edition with MIPS and he loves it! But I’m thinking of buying this 3.5 Helmet in green and black, sense all his other Protective gear is Leatt

How's this compete with the Bell MX-9 MIPS?

Also, how good is the ventilation here at low speeds? Are there any better ventilated Leatt helmet model?

The 7.5 and the 8.5 are both going to have more vents cut into the shell and EPS if that is what you're wanting.

@@rmatvmc Yeah, here's my concern: solely by looking at those models I see 3.5 has fewer vents but they're larger, so what I'm actually interested in is how it feels in practice, especially at low speed (riding an EUC involved a lot of low speed riding).

kinda of a dumb question but do offroad helmets have speaker pockets for speakers?

This is just a feature that you can get with ADV/ Dual Sport/ Street helmets. To my best knowledge I haven't seen a dirt specific helmet with speaker cutouts. - Wes

Does this helmet have sip tube routing built in or is it just the higher grade leatt models

Only the Moto 7.5, 8.5, and 9.5 have have the hydration side port.
