I don't live in Utah, but I am an avid outdoorsman in NC, (I used to live in AZ and CO, but the Army brought me to beautiful NC where the mountains are hills and the sky is small, but it is till beautiful here). I have submitted my comments to the BLM. I do hope that our lands stay open to us. Thanks Eric and all at Rocky Mountain ATVMC for bringing this issue to the forefront. You have my support and hopefully someday soon I will take my KTM 390 Adventure into some Utah back country. Love y'all for what you do!

you never showed how to grease the carrier bearing housing and show how to and sloppy that sleeve is inside there so can you please tell me why that sleeve is just loose and moving around in there and does the grease stop that

Clear and concise. I have rebuilt brakes a number of times on cars and trucks but it’s always nice to get a refresher when you’re doing it to something new. You look like your old pads aren’t really that worn. I’ve had mine for three years now and I want to replace the brake pads and the ones on the rig that came from in the factory. We’re still as thick as the new ones I was going to replace so I just put it back together. I read online where some guys had to rebuild the brakes every six months. They must be doing some kind of aggressive driving or something.

My pro r completely fell apart with less than 200 miles on it. One minute we were driving at 30 mph on a flat dirt road, the next we were stopped with a sheared main frame and broken ball joints around $17k in repairs. Very disappointed in polaris.

After reading the instructions for the drc sag tool. They had this set up improperly on the bike. The main body should be on the engine sode of the swing arm. Not hanging off the swing arm. I tried it both ways and it will give you different measurements. 😅

I never thought about using BRAKE CLEANER for grip installation. May have to try that when I install my new Pro Taper Synergy dual density ATV grips on my '04 Arctic Cat 300 4x4!!
