I don't think fixing a bug is a buff, just saying. I was really hoping ATGMs were made more consistent or something. Like, making them actually follow your cursor properly instead of going off center and crashing into a hill you weren't even aiming at.
Been playing the new Desert Warrior and the ATGM's like to do a little funny roll upwards when you launch them, stupidly annoying as you have to aim way lower than the target you're aiming at when firing if they're slightly too close. They also tend to sometimes just, not always track correctly. They really ruined ATGM's on some vehicles.
@@Jazzyo7 Exactly, the entire TOW series does that, most ATGMs do. It's awful. Some of them do good damage, like the Shturm or Krisantema, but stuff like the BMP-1 and Bradley really suffer.
Can you address the massive issues with swing wing aircraft? Not only have the issues not been fixed, they’ve actually made them worse. The MiG-23 has been nerfed into the nether-realm, the F-111A is missing almost 5k pounds of thrust and can’t sustain even half a turn without bricking (should be the fastest jet in the game) and you’ve already addressed some of the issues with Su-17 & Su-22 family. Check out Defyns video on the Tornado if you are interested in how very bad that airframe is.
The F111 is probably artificially nerfed so that it ISN'T the fasted jet in the game, unless you want it to go up in BR.
@@Jazzyo7 I’d be fine with that, as it can only carry AIM-9B’s and could outrun the top tier crew. It would actually make for realistic gameplay
@@willbrigham2121 Dude it's already 10.3 in air RB, it wouldn't be outrunning shit, it'd be getting slammed by radar missiles more than it already is, and it only carrying 9B's makes that even WORSE. It wouldn't make for realistic gameplay because the F-111 isn't deployed headfirst into a 16v16 engagement vs Fox3 and IRCCM missiles. Speed doesn't equal everything, and we don't need another f104 situation where it gets more realistic thrust and then gets its br lowered because of it being so horrible at a higher BR.
From what I heard the Mig23 nerf isn't an issue, it's realism 😂

I like how planes and helis get fire and forget missiles as well as ATGMS that actually follow but ground vehicles can't get a decent ATGM
5:15 it's still bugged for ground vehicles though. Swedish ItO 90M can't IRST lock when its radar is off still.

i think its god awful that they are emphasising the idea of countering CAS with planes in ground battles. as the whole point of Ground battles is to use ground vehicles. its awful that the response that you get from players on how to counter CAS has gone from "Just us SPAA" to "Just get into a jet" and the god awful state of the Roland system that Gajjin has done nothing to help it
Also, its inherently ignorant to say use a jet when one nation has the defacto best ground striker and spaa
4:58 no, chaff is very useful. Ask any top tier air player, they definitely don't run flares only lol. Chaff isn't "useless above 11.0", it's literally the only reliable way to defeat the new Fox-3s alongside tactics like notching. The buff to radars and nerf to chaff above the horizon was a very positive change.

I was running flares only on my SMT for a long time before the update. You could easily dodge FOX-3s in BVR just by turning 90° to it, it would just miss you at long ranges. Tried taking some chaff, evading FOX-3s became easier because by properly notching using chaff the missile actually loses track of you and not just misses. I still struggle with FOX-3s, even AIM-7s at medium ranges so cant say anything about chaff effectiveness in that scenario, but using chaff isn't essential to defeating FOX-3s at BVR at least.
@@werfault4076 yeah try that at close range, or really any range after the missile has gone pitbull… doesn’t really work. Notching works on its own but it’s almost impossible to hold a perfect notch for any meaningful amount of time. Once a Fox-3 goes pitbull, chaff is definitely your best bet.
Notching alone works in BVR because you’re moreso just disrupting the TWS lock than you are the actual missile

Is the Footage of the Swift F.7 from Pre-Seek & Destroy? I ask, because I've been playing with the swift currently and the fireflashes have not been working correctly, behaving completely unguided until their boosters burn out.

The best way to use a game pad is to use a chatpad to bind extra buttons and to use realistic controls.

@@ToshioThunder that's not the point I'm trying to make, it's that I like TEC because of how he shares information and the format of his videos but watching them has become an inconvenience because they're just far too long for the amount of information being shared.

@@TheEuropeanCanadian I love the videos too but sometimes I want to get straight to the information because sometimes I don't have that much time. I think you can keep making these videos but you could make a recap at the end of each video to summarize everything said in a nice and quick way, thus making everyone happy. Please don't take this as hate or anything, just trying to help and give a suggestion
@@TheEuropeanCanadian For these small changelogs I personally think shorter and more straight to the point with small explanations of how it'll affect gameplay would make these videos shorter and more enjoyable to watch.
For major updates and big changelogs I think your normal video format is perfect.
quite an in depth look into how it'll affect gameplay, going through all the smaller niche details and going into the history of vehicles is something I really appreciate.

nah, the grb air changes are cooked, they were supposed to only bring cas planes up and not air superiority's down, we now have the J-7E at 10.3 in GRB, that thing has by far the best FM of any plane in the entire game right now and even beats the F-16A in a dogfight. IMO, it's not a good idea to put air superiority fighters down, only CAS up in br
Honestly i think it's good that air superiority fighters were put at a lower br, it gets rid of the cas players
@@FujiLeeTheAmerican Might aswell completely remove cas at that point, if it is nerfed so hard that it is unviable to even play at all. The J-7E is already the most powerful air superiority at 11.0 in the entire game, let alone at 10,3
Honestly, Carpathians needs to be removed completely. There is no real way to make both sides fair. It might be the worst map currently in game when it comes to spawn camping. I unbanned Mozdok so that i can ban Carpathians, and i HATE Mozdok so that says a lot.
And they fix ammo not exploding and i have like 10 or more situations just today shotiung ammo and its just turn black no explosion. Also Heat is wierd now.
Atgm flight path is so out of touch from reality is on par with map (butchering) changes - like who even think its good.... you fire atgm on lvl ground its going ither into ground few m infront of you or to the moon and fly in cirles etc... Its not like you can even take a hint from countles YT vids about atgms to how they acualy fly. Me as ex armored cavalery mamber that shoot hundrets of them different types its just mad how bad they are in game.
As for Carpathia map they remove one of spots that was accualy usefull to counter hill. And it was not op since you could see tank there from north spawn. But hey cry babies yeat again kills our game lets make 3 squr map with nothing but a cap in the middle perfecly flat....(tis seems to be going this way) Seriously they map changing team should be fired
