I absolutely absolutely absolutely love carpe!!! This stuff is the best it's the greatest it works so well it's honestly the best thing I've ever found that works on my sweaty hands I literally been dealing with sweaty hands my entire life and I remember back in school and Elementary School I would be so embarrassed because when we would hang our projects from the ceiling or on the wall to display to everybody like aww look at the cute drawings or colorings or whatever, mine would always be curled up on the end of it from all my sweat just like making the paper wet and then it would just curl up on the end or the corner and it would just be SO embarrassing. In hopes of fixing this problem when i was younger my doctor would prescribe this gel treatment stuff that i would have to apply to my hands and feet NIGHTLY And then wrap them all in plastic Saran Wrap and then put socks over them and sleep like that... do you know how hard it is to get up and pee at night with plastic wrap and socks on ur hands! Plus to make it worse during the day after doing those treatments my hands felt like they were on fire all day while at school!!! It was the worst... i used to wnt to kill myself all over stupid hyper- hydrosis. like when I got my first boyfriend i remember he'd be like oh I don't want to hold your hand your hands are too sweaty, cant you make that stop! 😭😭😭I mean actually I've dealt with that my whole life even my last boyfriend sometimes would say babe your so sweaty. 😰 but with Carpe it seems to make it so much better and the bottle of it seems to last for such a long time! It just goes so far they really are serious when they say it dime-sized amount is all you need! Thank you so much for creating this stuff!!! this stuff is the greatest! You have a forever fan here!!!
Hello.. How long does your hand stay dry? Is it 4 months or less.. Also, the percentage of your hands sweating. Is it excessively excessive or excessively moderate?

Hey, did you take any after procedure care or precautions?
Not really - the hand looked pretty bruised but felt completely normal; and I used it normally right away.
Has you grip strength weakened at all? This is one of my biggest concerns with botox. Also are you still able to lift the same amount of weight as before? Thanks!
No weaker grip strength at all, at least in my case. Really no side effects - I forget about the procedure except when my right hand gets sweaty and my right hand doesn't, or sometimes when I notice that the palm of my left hand looks a bit more dried-out than the right hand.
I just did mine the 3rd time and so weakened any strength. I work out almost everyday.

How long it takes after procedure? I had botox few days ago and my palms still sweating. The doctor said to visit again after few weeks, he will make starch test again and inject additional botox if needed. Im afraid that it will not help me….but i need to wait maybe few more days.
I think it took me a few days to start seeing results, and two weeks before the results were at their maximum. EDIT: you can see at 7:29 that for me personally, it was about 5 days before the results were very strong; but this varies a lot from person to person.
I just have mine done, I am wondering when you can go back to gym and work out? I am afraid to go the gym because I am afraid lifting weight will push out or destroy the Botox?
No need to worry - the Botox can’t really be “pushed out” by weightlifting or anything like it. It’s firmly embedded in skin tissues right after injection and it never really leaves (though new nerve endings grow around it, which is how sweating eventually returns).

Hey @Carpe so I got your product and haven’t seen anyone answer my question specifically about how long after I apply the lotion can I wash my hands etc.
Give it at least 10 minutes before washing your hands. The best results are if you apply before bed and keep it on overnight; but I've personally seen very good effects if I apply during the day even if I wash my hands 10 minutes after.

This is called compensatory sweating, and it's pretty uncommon with Botox - you usually see it as a result of ETS, i.e. more systemic sweat surgery, rather than something local like Botox or antiperspirants.

I've tried it twice! Sweating starts coming back for me after about 3 months and is fully back after about 4 months.

How long does it last
It varies by person, but usually about 3-6 months. For me I believe it was on the shorter end of that, 3 or 4 months.

Does the sweating return worse than before because of the regrown nerve endings ?
In my case (and in most cases, from what I've learned), the sweating eventually returns to exactly the same level as before, but not worse.

I Have a question if i get botox in my sweaty hands will i sweat even i direct sunlight and extreme hold weather or holding my gf hand?
For me, the hand that received the injections didn't sweat at all for about 3-4 months afterwards, no matter the situation.
has it gone back to sweating again ?

Can you get Botox whilst using Carpe
Yes! I wouldn't recommend applying the Carpe directly before getting the Botox shots, but it can certainly continue to be used once you've received the injections, and the effects should complement each other (i.e. both will likely help stop the sweat better than either one in isolation)

Carpe does not work well. Botox is very effective but expensive. Botox is so effective that it even affects the face indirectly.
