sweaty palms may not sound like much but is making my life harder. I hate holding hands with my girlfriend because sometimes im worried that my palms will sweat do much that she'll feel it and get disgusted. I also hate handshake and writing, especially drawing because the paper gets wet.

I’m not gonna lie I’d go so far and say my sweaty palms fuck up my relationships. Don’t wanna approach a girl cause duh that is an instant turnoff and same with people in general I’m in college rn and I feel like I would approach a lot more people if I wouldn’t be fucking scared that they would judge me instantly when I shake their hand which I guess about 90% would do

i also play football and i play Qb i have small hands like 7.5, i can grip and throw a football but when it sweats i cant hold it even if my life depended on it.
Just got off from playing video game bc I could NOT hold my controller and the analog sticks keep slipping 😭😂 usually my hyperhydrosis happens once every few weeks but for some reason this whole week, it has been a pain in my ass. Now I’m here searching for answers 😭😂 I actually feel happy to see others who understand my struggle with this because I’ve never met anyone irl who has this & it sucks 😭

@@Sikeeee72727Bro i have been facing it since childhood. While writing and drawing, i used to put handkerchielf down the paper. While holding bat for cricket, while playing tennis, even while playing cards, my hands sweat a lot. Its so terrible situation to go through. And like the guy said, its even worst when you handshake with someone and they rub their hands in pants 😀😀. Couldn't even hold girlfriend's hand firmly while going out.
Need a fresh air everytime. This life is very very tough.

I had excessive sweating of hands and feet, and I had been searching for a cure for it for months. I had hand sweating surgery ( clips ETS) in 2012 and sweating from my hands and armpits is gone. The operation takes only 20 minutes and there may be only reflex sweating as a risk, but around the waist and belly. I did not have reflex sweating. Surgery is still needed for foot sweating, but I haven't had it yet because even though it sweats a lot, it doesn't bother me like hand sweats. By the way, the surgery is done through a small pen hole in the armpit. so no scars. By the way, I did the surgery in Turkey because there was no doctor in the world at that time or I couldn't find it.

Actually,there's a saying in Traditional Chinese Medicine that is called Weakness of kidneys.If your kidneys don't function very well,your palms and feet will keep being sweaty.

& when people find out/tell them they think it's a little bit like Nooo!!! I'm having to take a towel and literally dry up the puddle of sweat on my palms & let alone you don't want to take your shoes off anywhere because your socks will be soaking wet so what I do is bring sandals with me everywhere & a extra pair of socks!! Plus you don't even wanna shake anyone's hand when greeting or hold hands with your partner!!! It really does affect your day to day life!

Wash your hands then put gold bond powder on your hands. It absorbs some of the sweat and helps a bit.

Wow, watching how the puddles of sweat just dried up within 48 hours was so satisfying, I used what I read about the other day. Although it actually took about 72 hours for my sweating to normalize, I went ahead and go'ogled the latest by Cynthia Yulesin and I don’t have to change clothes 2 times a day.
Actually there are definitely reasons that make it far worse ~ nope sorry you didn’t get botox in your hands thousands of injections in each hands - sorry things in the environment definitely can make hyperhydrosis worse, anxiety and childhood trauma and childhood coldness can contribute to hyperhydrosis for life and this is primary hyperhydrosis and excessive sweating leads to feet turning purple from lack of circulation, and quite frankly I’m 42, since age 2 I remember cold palmy freezing hands and feet umm I can safely say that there truly is no cure- Botox works a bit for awhile but not sweating leads to toxins so no… there is no cure
The trouble many of you will have this procedure not because you’re stupid but because you are hoping to be one of the lucky ones. H.H is horrible I had ets in 2001 in Australia not good. 5 years of staying inside in a state of disbelief I even had a reversal ; don’t.try Neurontin or maybe Lyrica and maybe you will be able to live again. Eat real food wear loose clothes and do yoga and tai chi that will help a bit. All these surgeons should be disbarred asap.
