Because of this I can't hold my pen properly..... Because of that I can't write exam properly, I can't shake hands with someone, I can't hold my friends hands for long ☹️

I can't say I am relieved to see the comments, but I actually feel the pain I go through and can say I am relieved over the fact that I am not the only one. I used to cry alot when people told me to not touch them with my "sweaty hands" and as an sketch artist it's really³ difficult but yeah, I am now used to this and I really don't care what someone thinks of me when I draw or write with a kerchief under my palms.
I am using this trick since from my childhood now i am 22 and still trying to throw away this superpower 😅😅

I have this problem since my childhood..I really can't use my hand normally as other do, my school exams were the worst part I had to face with this, they didn't even allow a kerchief to be taken inside exam hall 😢.. I hate holding people's hand, I don't even touch them cause I'm afraid they might feel awkward with my sweaty palms.. I still have this problem, but I have used to this and it seems to be a normal thing now. 🚶♂️

It is the most embarrassing feeling ever if you happen to give shakehands or walk barefooted at somebody else's home. You feel extremely guilty for this. I have been suffering since my childhood. I never wanted to hold my friends' hands, because I have seen them wiping their hands after they touched mine. Can't blame them though. It become so hard using some of the footwear also, due to slippery sweaty foot. I could relate many of the experiences shared here very well, because mine is neither different. Carry a handkerchief and try wearing shoes. This is a life saver upto an extend.

I have primary hyperhidrosis ever since the age of 7.It really makes me feel uncomfortable all the time.Like when i think with my MIND my palms and feet start sweating and can even turn cold.I got treatments but none of them worked.It actually turned out to be a magic trick for my friends and so I often entertain them😂.I can live with excessive sweating!!!😄

I have super sweaty palms (+feet) as well as super dry. Around march and some other months too my palms have the most detailed lines on them n they are so dry that I can't even open them fully. And other times irrelevant of the weather i sweat so much.

I use a fan to try to keep my hands cool but it doesnt work well..
I had excessive sweating of hands and feet, and I had been searching for a cure for it for months. I had hand sweating surgery ( clips ETS) in 2012 and sweating from my hands and armpits is gone. The operation takes only 20 minutes and there may be only reflex sweating as a risk, but around the waist and belly. I did not have reflex sweating. Surgery is still needed for foot sweating, but I haven't had it yet because even though it sweats a lot, it doesn't bother me like hand sweats. By the way, the surgery is done through a small pen hole in the armpit. so no scars. By the way, I did the surgery in Turkey because there was no doctor in the world at that time or I couldn't find it.

I scored 95 in class 10 and 89 in class 12 with these sweaty palms
I completed my MBA with 8 cgpa with gel pens and I used to sweat a lot
all those who are compaining about not able to write don't make excuses
what I did I used to wear gloves in my right hand or place napkin under my palm
its ok don't let it haunt your mind

There are only 3-4% population in the world suffering from hyperhidrosis...and It feels terrible to be among those 3-4%
My hands are dry but then suddenly if it was touched by someone, it will get sweaty. I avoid rubbing my hands, putting lotion, and I avoid thinking about my hyperhidrosis because it gets more sweaty when I think about it.

Go for pitta balancing diet.... When ur body heat will get balanced no sweat and toxicity.... Go for real cause rather than blocking the pores as in that case excess body heat will do some other harm..... Go for AYURVEDA and hit the root cause
