I can't stand myself with the problem of sweaty hands. It bothers me a lot and embarrasses me. Not only that. Whenever I get nervous, my hands start to sweat. Not only that, but they redden and swell. Also, when I want to catch someone taking their hand away like it's disgusting all the time I hide my hands in my pockets, not even i have rnough money to get medication.. This matter hurts me and made me depressing as I am different from other people.....Who is like me will feel me😭💔💔💔💔

It makes everyday life problematic especially during summer times. People look at me when i am dripping in sweat like i am having a heart attack or something. I can't even shake hands with anyone. I have to keep washing my hands with soap whenever or wherever i can because not only my hands are sweaty they are loaded with salt too. Its like a never-ending nightmare. The only time i get 90% relief is during winter season.
i heard theres a surgery in europe and usa they 30 min they cut some nerves and thats it u wake up with fresh hands i searched for it in my country moroco but it seems no doctor do it
I have never met anyone with worse hyperhydrosis than me. I've looked into the surgery and lots of people have nerve damage and compensatory sweating afterwards.. not worth the risk for me.

Work out and relax the mind also try going to steam rooms regularly to let out the toxins and I'm 99 percent sure the sweaty hands and feet will go away. It's just extra hormones for some people and when mind gets nervous of something even a tad bit the extra hormones try to escape through sweat glands
I got the surgery done on my right hand it has changed my life and I can't wait too go back and get my left hand done I recommend getting it done it will change your life for the better

I actually did this, and it does work BUT after beeing 4 years, nearly 5 on ionophoresis ( dermadry ) i can say it's way better, the battery method you never know when the batteries are getting weaker, you have to find out by slowly starting to sweat again + ionophoresis has a cycle method, it's a 20 min session were every 5 mins it's switches the + and - from each hand, this makes the results wayyy better, if u do it with batteries you have to switch manually, and over time the battery cost will be around the same and ionophoresis wich is like 300 bucks with a 5 year warranty.

Wow, watching how the puddles of sweat just dried up within 48 hours was so satisfying, I used what I read about the other day, and although it actually took about 72 hours for the sweating to totally normalize, I just go’ogled Cynthia Yulesin and now I don’t have to change clothes 2 times a day anymore.

I would have to agree with you. I don't think it's worth the risk either.
I had severe hyperhidrosis and I did the surgery. It's not a cure. I enjoy having dry hands but it's a major trade off that is not worth it
