- I have finally got time to play with my 2021 zx10r some more. This time we installed a Brock's Performance Penta Carbon Full exhaust system. We still don't have a way to tune this yet, but once we do.... OMG. This ZX-10R is going to be a beast!!!

That high rpm richness is also being affected by the Venturi effect of increased air flow, the more air flow is actually pulling extra fuel through the system. You can see the same situation on a zx-14 when you first install a bricks exhaust. Looks good, sounds great! If you just remove the flapper cables but leave the servo connected it should not give the check engine light, you can also use a servo buddy or just turn it off in the flash if Woolich gets it sorted.

? How did you get into working on bike engines? Like building them. I always wanted to do so but never had friends that did it and also no schools or shops that teach that stuff around here in Tennessee.
Not sure if you’ll get this message but the oil and additive you are using. Is this OK for street usage as well? Or should I just stick with the motul 300V I’m using.

Chris, i'm really digging the look of this bike, it's either this or a new 2020 GSXR 1000 for $3500 less. The ZX10 is specced higher with better forks, quickshifter wich the standard GSXR lack in my region and it also has a TFT screen and in my opinion better looks. Really having a hard time deciding tbh. Considering that the ECU isn't cracked on the ZX yet is a slipon a better option than a full system ? Please advice.

Its already hacked flashed...just not fine tuned .

Hey Chris, wondering is that exhaust exclusive to you? I contacted brocks for an exhaust and they told me there's no exhaust for the 2021 zx10r. That they are working on them and if wanted to be put on a call back list. They stated that any zx10 is not direct fit and modifications would have to be done to there kit.
I have the street Meg on my 21 zx14R, and the clutch mod. It’s flashed and tuned ( unrestricted) tuned to the Brocks exhaust. I have the 21 zx10r that I’m looking to get unrestricted also. I’m willing to drive to you.

What causes smoke like that when you have not spilled any oil on the exhaust? My Zx-7r 750 done this a couple times and I never knew or could figure it out as to on initial start up it would smoke like what was shown here in your video
usually the pastes burning off that are used in the exhaust fitting at joints. new exhausts usually have residue in there from manufacture too

Was those pulls with the flapper valve out of the intake. Seems the zx10 may come close to 200hp without mr12
Flapper is minimum gains...and gen 5s been making about 200hp even with bolt ons

That Petron plus- you have any more data about it? Every thread is either people saying it’s turns into hydrochloric acid after it breaks down, or says it’s snake oil. Can’t find much tangible data on the stuff at all and I’m surprised by how little into is on the net about it.

Chris, can you explain "unrestricted but NOT tuned or flashed"? Would I be safe in saying it's just the throttle position input that's unrestricted?
There is more restrictions than just throttle. Throttle is the only think I'm keeping wide open on mine
Yooo Chris Question: I’m installing a M4 GP19 slip-on onto my 2021 ZX-6r and I’ll be eliminating the cat-converter along with adding the servo buddy. With that being said, is a flash needed? Does it ruin the bike in any way if I go without doing this? Lmk! Appreciate it!
If you’re eliminating the cat you definitely want a tune just to get the air fuel ratio good or else you’re putting more strain on the bike making it less reliable
Do you think this could be the most powerful flat 4 true sub litre bike of the pack when fully tuned from the standard ie not the rr or m1000 this is the bike that I really think looks the best as it just looks cool and futuristic 👍

Do the brocks slip ons for 2020 fit the 2021 model? I contacted brocks and they say they do not. Trying to get a slip on for my 2021 zx10
No. Sadly they do not. I ordered an alien head 3/4 and it definitely does not fit

Wooow, really looks great, if the exhaust didn't say Brock's, you wouldn't notice there was a different one on there.
But, I think I'm getting a little confused. Maybe you said so already (if so l, please answer with the video link) but could you briefly explain what the difference is between unrestricting, flashing and tuning? I always thought that if you flash your bike, you automatically unrestrict it aswell.
We have tricked the throttle plates to stay wide open. That is all.

Is there a bolt to remove the cat but leave the headers stock? The headers look like they're already very good quality.
Just gotta buy a midpipe then yes u can use stock exhaust. Ppl do this.
@@2wheelsonly614 yeah i had a 2012 zx10r and did this. Headers are already pretty good. But I noticed a lot of the newer bikes have the headers welded to the cat now.
Any problem bringing a 04 GSXR600 for tuning?
Not trying to be a d*** but I think the Dyno tuning cost more than the actual bike at this stage.
