The funniest thing is that Baldur's Gate 3 has even more extreme sex/gender/pronoun choices, but people ignore that because it actually panders to both libs and conservatives, and is a much better game than Starfield.
I said it myself. They say it's no big deal, so when you remove it they cry.
Couldn't they say the same about your view? They say it's no big deal, so when we include it they cry. I'm not on either side here, but this comment in particular seems kind of hypocritical to me.
Something not being a big deal doesn't mean that ignoring or removing it is likewise not a big deal.

The issue with the mod was that is was made from spite, it's obvious the person made it as an exclusive statement.
It wasn't to enhance the game clearly as the original did not restrict even the modder to play the game they wanted to play (simply choose your gender), it's why it was banned.
Things went from ‘Why should people care about an extra option in a game?’, to, ‘This mod that allows for more options takes away from my view of what this game should be to everyone.’ If it truly didn’t matter as a topic and if options were all that mattered, then a mod that removed elements from within a game that amount to social commentary wouldn’t be lambasted and vilified.
The lack of tolerance is astounding from those who preach the most about it.
@@CTomCooper Preaching about tolerance on a mod created from pure intolerance is almost poetic. This mod exists because they can't tolerate the idea that someone else could choose a pronoun. If options were all that mattered the mod would not exist, as it removes options. It does not add them. Playing the game with the mod is the same as choosing, for example, a man referred to as he/him. The mod adds nothing to the game.
Has anyone here actually played Starfield or even planed to buy it? I can't argue how prevalent your pronouns are brought up in the game to necessitate a mod to remove it, if I've seen little to nothing about the game. If you admit this mod is "unnecessary" and broken but should still be kept, all you are doing is basically calling out a platform for the removal of a mod you weren't going to use from a game you weren't going to play.
It was interesting to watch the twitter war's. Most arguments boiled down to daddy chill to he speakin facts.
Sometimes they brought up the argument that pokemon allowed you to choose if you are a boy or girl, dude are you really bringing up something that has been in gaming since ms pacman.
Alternatively this was going to turn into a trans invasion into gaming and turn everything gigger woke.
I stand with AZ in his belief since his rant was 6 hours into the game and was mainly about the woke stuff but i would say there is very little stuff that he actually pointed out on his streams.
As a tangent though one of the biggest comparisons was that cyberpunk has pronouns. But with my belief it was hand waved because it was in a bunch of other sliders in a red and black background. Starfield however has it front and centre as the thing you do after your name. It is overblown, twitter and a angry british guy rant will do that.
Why install a mod to remove something you can just ignore?

It isn't force to remove pronouce for everyone just anyone decide to mod it out.

and how is Nexus mods wrong for potentially saving the time of someone who downloaded it not knowing that it doesn't even work properly?
