IM SO EXCITED!!!!!!
Can't wait
Brilliant work guys!!! And best wishes
Lamar entertainment show well like they did...
Luke vs Kylo Ren please
try to remake ''No, I am your father'' scene pls
The effort you put into this one scene is insane.
It was pretty crazy. It's been fun to be on the other side of things and not have to keep it all under wraps!
@@FXitinPost Incredible work. Keep being awesome!
If only Disney put this amount of effort into story writing... :)
@@FXitinPost can i ask how long it took to make?
@@FXitinPost : You guys are ridiculously talented! I just finished watching the finished scene and subscribed wanting more! I'd pay to see THIS scene on the big screen, much less a full movie! This is the menacing Vader we've been waiting on. The narrow, confined hallway scene is my favorite. Obi Wan's courage and fearless skills are jaw dropping. Keep up the GREAT work!
This was true perfection
Thank you!
*Is!
Make Lucas proud. Keep upgrading the FX little by little as technology progresses.
This was? This IS true perfection
And it was worth several years waiting🌌✨
Thank you! I know it was a long couple of years for everyone!
I can’t wait to see, what else the force has in store for you, in more of your future projects🎆
what do you mean? This was already done in 1977
drfunk1986 no the remake of it, the 1977 one was very different, look it up.
@@paladinheadquarters7776 sarcasm is not strong with this one
Incredible. The scene felt so brutal. Almost scary. How palpable everything was.
I agree
How Palpatinable....

@@FaissalsAnimation🗡️
This was wonderful. This is probably high hopes, but you guys should work with Star Wars Theory on his Vader Fan film project.
Yes.
Yes.
Yes.
Yes.
Yes
This level of dedication and incredible effects make this one of the greatest Star Wars fanfilms of all time!
Have you seen bucket heads a Star Wars story
The guy who played Darth Vader had masterful control of his body and that was outstanding work.... the guy who played Obi Wan also nailed Obi Wan excellently, but IMO Darth Vader is such a specific and small window of accuracy where it takes a certain level of talent to be able to hit... it can be so easily underdone and look too human, mortal, too weak for Vader... and you can go overboard and easily make it too cartoonish and campy to be right. But this guy seemed to know exactly where that window was and he killed it
And... this is the reason I’m going to film school.
So I can make epic sequences like you dude. Your fan film brought me so much joy and delight that I’ve never felt before and I’ve been depressed as hell lately. Thank you FXinPost.
Will do! Keep your head up! The film industry is a grind but nowadays you can go out and create some amazing stuff at home! I did all of these Visual Effects in my little apartment. Hit me up on my email if you want to talk further. FXitinPost@gmail.com
BloodyFlowerFilms do it'! Wishing you to soon see your name on!
I believe in you
Truly great work, you guys! FX are on point, and the practical overhead lights to get the right reflections on Vader’s helmet are inspired.
Hey Daniel, thank you! I'm a big fan of your work and congrats on 1 million subscribers!
FXitinPost - Thank you!
This is the Vader that everyone wants, amazing work
This guy makes better things than Disney..

There is no Lucasfilm anymore. There is also no Fox, Marvel, Pixar, DreamWorks
@@KabelkowyJoe wtf you talking

2 minutes and 15 seconds of how to - still better Star Wars than the last 3 movies - thank you all so much for this
Haha thanks John!
You, seize the frame, and Star wars Theory should collide for the ultimate group project. You guys are very talented!
they should make ep x
Work on Vader episode 2 with him!
This wasn't one of the best Fan Made Star Wars films of all time. This was *THE BEST* Fan Made Star Wars film of all time.
Thanks, Karen!!!
@@FXitinPost when vader twirled his light saber i lost it!!! That was some bad you know what lol 😂
Holy crap the amount of work you guys put into this, is outstanding! If you guys are up for a challenge, I would suggest Palpatine VS the masters. That scene was awkward.
Yeah, it was!
OMG please do the Palpatine vs the Masters fight scene ! 😊
I'll gladly donate if you need help 👍
many jedi died very unspectacularly/inappropriately for knights/masters in Ep.2/3 imo, including that scene.
I always felt like that part of Ep. III was so rushed, and poorly done. Like "oh crap, we need to put in a fight scene here .... um ... ok, just do something."
I remember watching this for the first time with my Dad (who's a HUGE SW fan) and getting goosebumps on our goosebumps! Superb work guys! The fact that this is the result of your own time and money makes it even more spectacular.
Oh wow, that's really cool to hear. I'm glad you both enjoyed it!
Damn, what would you say the budget was for this project? It looks like Hollywood level shit. Love the scene btw! Great work! ❤️
Thanks, Griffin! This was done all out of our own pockets and time! I was a one-man band for most of the project with the VFX!
@@FXitinPost wow good job and great work.
@@FXitinPost Damn man wish you lived in Florida, me and my team definitely would've help you on it lol.... Great job
I wouldn't say Hollywood level, but it does look like shit.
@@Necrometalfist I think you misspoke.....
Choreography was excellent. Truly shows possible hurting blows if not parried with the same force. Its not a flashy for being flashy nor does it look like a dance. Looks like people truly trying to kill eachother! Amazing job!
The detail and professionalism behind all of this is stunning! Disney could learn a lot from this! Fantastic duel!! Bravo 👏🏻
This scene was that best Star Wars hype we had in the last six year!
Wow. Super! Way way way better than Disney!!!!
This is easily one of the best star wars fan films I have ever seen in my life, as the others have said, the dedication was insane... but so beautifully done.
A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one.
Hello there
A beautiful thing to watch. You guys reinvigorated a scene that was once (and to some degree still) magical without going over-the-top with needless saber twirling. I might've said it before but the choreography and cinematography are what really did it. The sense of peril and action was all there. Great work. But you already knew that.
Impressive, most impressive.
Absolutely incredible! Phenomenal job! You guys should be in charge of the new Star Wars films!
Special effects are not what's wrong with the new Star Wars.
@@BlackHatCinephile Yes, but choreography is pretty bad in TLJ. If you slow down that Throne Room scene, it's laughable.
@@matthegarty6235 I never bought the dvd, and I never will. I have a torrent of a camera filming a theater screen, and twice is all I could stand to watch it.
@@BlackHatCinephile Robot Head has a pretty humourous video on it if you care to watch. Gave me a good chuckle as weapons disappeared from hands and all the Praetorian guards just twirled around and waited their turn to be slaughtered.
NICE
U gots skillz. Creating content here is one thing, but it's such a priviledge to see real art from a genuine craftsman on YT
Thank you!
Holy guacamoly, I thought just one person did some really impressive 3d work... Didn't realise it was such a production!
You need to do the Luke vs Vader empire strikes back bro. You and your team is honestly amazing
Thank you! The idea is a fantastic one.
Yes that would be perfect
They chose right with this one. Empire and return are actually perfect for what wants to be conveyed.
I dont know it still look like Modern fight to me and I born in the 1999, I prefer New hope Starfighter final fight scene and Starfighter fight scene look boring. New hope is only star wars movie look so old to me. Empire strike back and return of the jedi is old movie that look so modern to me.
@@PlaystationGamerZX that would be awesome too
This is canon in my eyes!! You are amazing, my dear friend!!😀😃
Wow! The BTS of Vader vs Kenobi is so amazingly well done! Especially in the narrow corridor and then how two people gave the flowing cape effect of Vader when he was forced pushed by Kenobi. You guys did an awesome job! I never get tired of seeing SW SC 38 Reimagined! It's so accurate that it really does fit with the rest of the original movie scenes that followed perfectly! I'm looking forward to see more of your future amazing Reimagined Scene projects!😆
Thank you, Lizzette! I'm glad you enjoyed Scene 38 and all of our work paid off!
The shot of Vader hacking away at Kenobi while on fire is the greatest Star Wars moment ever. Disney, give this guy money.
Never clicked a video so fast
There is a lot more to come! Thank you for the support!
@@FXitinPost
O_O
Yes. Yes please.
Bravo to these actors! Hollywood actors everywhere should take note
Honestly, the most amazing thing was seeing how you did the part of the duelling lightsabers going into the wall, and getting the effect of pressure and depth from the actors by using people holding pads. That's honestly so clever.
Thanks, that took a lot of planning! We had to have some openings in the pads as well to make sure the lightsabers could look like they were slashing completely through the walls.
Can't fathom the amount of work this took. Fantastic job. Must feel so satisfying.
It's been pretty cool seeing all of the positive reactions!
This is absolutely stunning! Thanks so much for your amazing piece of work and for keeping the spirit of Star Wars on !
You've done such an amazing work on scene38, worth the wait, a great experience to watch :)
I can't even imagine what you guys could do with a 100 million dollar budget. I wish you guys could redo ALL the movies with this same dedication and level of skill. Keep up the AMAZING work!
I’m not trying to hate on Disney at all... but you can SEE, HEAR, and FEEL the passion you all put into this one SCENE - something that Disney’s entire team has struggled to do across several movies now. Simply incredible. It is evident that your are fans FIRST - and with that comes a special understanding and attention to detail. Disney needs to hire you guys or at the very least... take some notes!
I’ve been looking forward to this for a long time... :)
I would love to see a video dedicated to the choreography of the fight, it was such a fantastic video.
Thank you @fxitinpost for creating this masterpiece. As a huge star wars fan and a self proclaimed film critic in my own sense, i can honestly say everyone of you behind this amazing feature are truly more talented than anyone in the current star wars employment at disney. You have proven that Hollywood and disney are horrific storytellers and that passion and heart outweigh the billions of dollars desired by the true evil empire. Again, words cannot express what you created here. I played this for my father the other day, without any precautions of what he was about to witness, and he broke out in joyful tears. I thank you for that... Keep it up, you have our support.
I'm glad you enjoyed it!
The creativity dedication and skill in this work is simply amazing. What's even more impressive than the effects and acting and the directing (which are all phenomenal beyond words, by he way) is that it is all done in service of the story. I felt the wrath of Darth Vader's rage being unleashed on Obi-wan and I felt how Obi-wan was treading water and losing the fight from early on. It took the original scene which was symbolic and tragic in its' own way and sharpened it to a point. Bravo!
I can't stop watching fan reactions to 'SC 38 Reimagined'. It's absolutely brilliant!
Why people nowadays watch other ppl reaction constanly.
I've been wanting to see a behind the scenes!
They are coming!
The work that went into that is amazing. How much heart and soul that is clearly evident in not only the visuals but the depth and feeling of the tension between Anakin/Vader and how he waited for all those years to exact his hatred and vengeance upon Obi Wan. This needs to be added into a remastered cut of Star Wars: A New Hope.
Thanks, Jerry. Our main goal was the bring the story of these two iconic characters up to date with what we now know about them.
Wow, the level of skill and detail here is off the scale, and I love seeing how Vader's billowing cape was done!
Okay thats insane
Man, for an unofficial product, this is more cgi than I Imagined. Hollywood should be ashamed.
It was pretty nutty. There were 108 Green Screen shots in the edit. Not to mention quite a few pieces in the original footage that we altered. I may have lost my mind once or twice over the past couple of years.
What do you mean. Hollywood would have actually build the set instead of a lot of green screen.
@@Brandon_Y. Not nowadays Hollywood, especially Disney.
Artvader only the cheap live action reboots do that. They build the sets as much as they could. And tbh it’s just a corridor.
I remember seeing the originals in theatres when I was a kid. Your re-imagining brought back the same sense of awe and wonder that I experienced back in the late 70s and early 80s. Thank you! Looking forward to more of your work! Awesome job!
This is higher quality material than most stuff I see out of Hollywood and probably one of my favorite duels in all of star wars! Thank you for blessing this iconic scene, we can all only hope you get to work in actual star wars material in the future to bring your quality into those movies as well!
I'd like to know who the two sword fighting experts/masters and the choreographer you had, that worked so hard and with such attention to detail that perfected the two opposing fighting styles that matched their characters so well! The choreography was right on point in every way. Kudos to them on working so hard and on an incredible job!
Two lightsabers up!
what we were (and still) waiting for ! amazing work, total respect !
You and your team give fans goosbumps and tears in their eyes and let them feel the soul of Star Wars again.
In these dark days you give us hope!
Can you make a tutorial about how you did the 3D tracking in the Greenscreen set? :)
YOU'VE GOT TO REIMAGINE THE DUEL ON CLOUD CITY, NEXT
Max Mercer- I think Cloud City still stands as well done. Vader was toying with Luke there, and this reimagined scene shows what Vader could have done to Luke if he’d wanted to- but he didn’t. This makes it clear that Vader was holding back.
@@antwaynetube Another duel that should be remade is Anakin vs Obi-wan on Mustafar. The high ground scene was retarded af
Wow, to see the effort and lengths you went to make this movie is incredible. It was clearly a full blown professional production watching it but I never realised just how much. Actors. sets, costumes, choreography, 3D rendering, set design, storyboarding... I'm sure I've missed a ton out. Unbelievable effort but what an end result. This makes Disney Star Wars look lame by comparison, yet I bet your budget was a mere fraction of what they have at their disposal. Take a bow.
Thanks, Simon! There was a whole crew that put a lot of effort into making Scene 38 happen!
When this SC38 reimagined is better than what disney had to offer in light saber battles. I gotta say the choreography was well done. Awesome work bro
This was amazing! Maybe one day you guys can work with Corridor Crew and use deepfake tech to perfect Obi Wan on the double!
The Sexy Skywalker stupid suggestion
@@400makspray8 stupid reply
Corridors Deepfake of Keanu Reaves was on point! So good.
Do Luke vs Vader in ROTJ.
I don't think that duel needs remade. I think the fights after ANH were good.
Arguably one of the best Starwars fan made film ever made...
I'm pretty friggin blown away right now
I keep this video with me everywhere I go on my pad.
That's awesome, man! I'm glad you enjoyed it.
@@FXitinPost I watch it all the time
This is absolutely amazing! True to the fans and a honor to the original trilogy, way better than anything Disney has done for the franchise! Keep up the great work!
May the force be with you all!
This is a great reel for you. I hope this is paying off for you in getting work. You have a better eye for direction than most that have been doing it, and your fx are obviously very well done. In redoing this scene you managed to tell a small little story of its own, and I applaud you for all of your efforts. The fans and the pros are all proud of you for this one. Good luck in all you receive going forward.
you know that we all love you guys who made it! thank you, thank you a lot
You should make a Luke Skywalker vs Vader version of that
I'd LOVE that!
I feel like that fight is perfect as is tbh
You are a god.
Thank you!
This is the most bad ass DV fight scene ever made in Star Wars history... the cinematography and camera angle is awesome...
The most beautifully done cgi and well choreographed fight scene. I go back to the video every once in a while for inspiration when I wanna animate something
What was the music you used in the background of this video, not the the official version.

Bravo. You filled in the gaps in the action that we all could only imagine.
Thank you all for all the hard work!
You guys are freaking awesome, on behalf of the entire Star Wars community, thank you! And may the force be with you, always
You & your team are amazing! Can't explain how badass this fight was, and to see the amount of work that went into it makes me appreciate it even more. Hope you get the serious recognition you deserve from this project. You blew anything Hollywood has put out in the past 20 years into a galaxy far, far away.
Thank you!
That was amazing work . FANTASTIC
The choreography for the majority of it was just excellent, not too flashy, not too realistic per say, but that fine balance between the two.
Honestly it should still get more recognition for its achievement.
Absolutely Amazing guys. I had to watch this like 10 times in a row.
So the Force consists not of midichlorians, but invisible people in green screen body suits. That explains everything! Seriously though, the sheer amount of work and creativity you guys put into this passion project paid off in spades! Incredible duel and it's how lightsaber fights should be done with so much brutal weight and raw emotion!
Scene 38 is amazing. Lost count of how many times I've watched it. Excellent work and a very interesting insight into how it was created. Look forward to more.
We were waiting for this VFX Breakdowns. It blew our minds !!! You are amazing : making such a GREAT movie in only 2 years with so few materials during the shooting !!!! You are AMAZING !!!! Thanks for sharing your knowledge

Absolutly AWESOME work! GOOD JOB EVERYONE!
This was absolutely astonishing to watch. Extremely fantastic work!!
My hat is off to whoever made this!! I have seen the final version, but I also LOVE this 'how it was done' video... just shows how much work (and money) went into this scene.... GREAT JOB/ GREAT VIDEO and Disney- hire this person and put this guy in charge of all future star was movies.... please!
That was an AWESOME behind the scenes look! I love it!
The dedication, the effort, all the hard work, FXitinPost, you truly love Star Wars, in fact you love it more than it's original creator, your work is a 1000000 more valuable than the original cgi of the movies, congratulations, keep the hard working, a work of truly love.
