Worked for me . I was nervous but it worked
I tried this, and it worked wonders! Had to do it a couple times though.
I only had to do it once on the white Jadons but a couple of times on my Hello Kitty docs. I was amazed at how well it worked!
I just ordered some Mary Jane docs and I’m going to try this on them!

I have a question, I want to do this with a pair of mil tec invader boots, but the only problem is that these have steel toe cap, would this deform the boot?
I can't say for sure how they will do. Maybe get some Dr. Martens Wonder Balasm (10 bucks on Amazon) and try this ... Use the balasm inside and out, warm up the leather with your hairdryer then immediately wear the boots with super thick socks. Do that a couple of times and I think that might work better.
Would this work with Leona doc too?
Yes - I've never had to use those on the Leona Boot. I've been able to break those in with thick socks.
