No. The damp cloth winds up making filo sheets sticky and useless. Just cover them with plastic wrap or a sheet of foil while you're working with them.

You could custard or icing if you want something sweet, or peanut butter. Or I’m sure they’d taste great as is.
Cream cheese would be good. Or a good egg mayonaisse. Maybe a mild mix of the two?

The thought of honey in yogurt is nauseating! Then dip some oil-fried parmesan triangles? Into honey? UGH! I love salted yogurt and would try a version with minced garlic, before honey, for sure.

Have you ever had Greek yogurt before? It’s flavorless and thinner than traditional yogurt so it wild actually pair well for ppl who like sweet and savory foods
